V pokuse byly hodnoceny varianty hnojení: nehnojeno, hnojeno P30+K60, hnojeno N90+P30+K60 a hnojeno N180+P30+K60 u dvousečné a třísečné varianty využívání v roce 2014. Hnojení dusíkem podporuje rozvoj trav a snižuje podíl jetelovin a bylin v porostu. Hnojení fosforem a draslíkem zvyšuje druhovu diverzitu a podporuje zastoupení jetelovin a bylin v porostu. Dvousečně využívané porosty měly vyšší výnosy sušiny píce (t.ha-1) než třísečné, které jsou druhově bohatší.A quarter of the agricultural land in the Czech Republic is covered by permanent grasslands, whose area is still slowly growing. Grasslands, in addition to the production functions, perform many non-productive ones. Grasslands are an essential part of our landscape. This thesis describes the importance of fertilising for grasslands and response of grasses, clovers and herbs on the application of mineral and organic fertilisers. Furthermore evaluates the influence of intensity of fertilising on species composition and yields of permanent grassland. The issue was solved through an experiment at Kameničky stand, which is located at Bohemian-Moravian Highlands at an altitude of 650 m. In the experiment were evaluated variants of fertilising: non-fertilised, fertilised P30+K60, fertilised N90+P30+K60 and fertilised N180+P30+K60 with a two-felling and three-felling usage variants in 2014. The results show, that with increasing dose of delivered nutrients increase fodder yields at the expense of decreasing species diversity. Nitrogen fertilising promotes the development of grasses and reduces the proportion of clovers and herbs in the stand. Phosphorus and potassium fertilising increase species diversity and supports the numbers of clovers and herbs in the stand. Two-felled stands had higher yields of fodder dry matter (t.ha-1) than three-felled, which are richer on species.
