The influence of forest on the occurrence of N-year flows in the basin

The thesis deals with the influence of forest on n-year flows in the catchment near Staré Město pod Landštejnem. The aim of the thesis was to perform a schematization of the selected catchment and to determine the necessary parameters for the selected method, with the help of which the simulation of the rainfall-runoff process was carried out. The simulations were carried out on selected episodes during which the forest characteristics changed due to deforestation. Furthermore, simulations were performed in which the forest vegetation was changed to fields and meadows. Variants where RAIN-6H was used were also simulated. The model was built in the HEC-HMS program, in which the SCS Curve Number, SCS Unit Hydrograph and Muskingum methods were selected for the calculation. In the conclusion of the thesis, the model building and the course of the simulated episodes are summarized. Furthermore, the water retention capacity of the area of interest is evaluated. Práce se zabývá vlivem lesa na n-leté průtoky v povodí u Starého Města pod Landštejnem. Cílem práce bylo provést schematizaci vybraného povodí a stanovit potřebné parametry pro zvolenou metodu, pomocí které byla provedena simulace srážko-odtokového procesu. Simulace byly provedeny na vybraných epizodách, během kterých došlo ke změně vlastností lesa v důsledku odlesnění. Dále byly provedeny simulace, při nichž se lesní porosty změnily na pole a louky. Simulovány byly také varianty, při nichž byl použit systém RAIN-6H. Model byl sestaven v programu HEC-HMS, v němž byly pro výpočet zvoleny metody SCS Curve Number, SCS Unit Hydrograph a Muskingum. V závěru práce je shrnuto sestavení modelu a průběh simulovaných epizod. Dále je vyhodnocena retenční schopnost zájmového území.

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a basic overview of wood properties, damage, protection and used diagnostic methods. In the practical part, it focuses on the comparison of selected physical and mechanical properties with the resistance characte-ristics obtained from resistance drilling. Finally, a design calculation is performed using the results from the measurements in the practical part. Diplomová práca sa v teoretickej časti zameriava na základný prehľad vlastností dreva, poškodení, ochrany a používaných diagnostických metód. V praktickej časti sa zameriava na porovnanie vybraných fyzikálnych a mechanických vlastností s odporovou charakteristikou získanou z odporového vŕtania. Nakoniec je prevedené statické posúdenie s využitím výsledkov z merania v praktickej časti.

The main objective of this thesis is to provide a general description of the preparation and management of a construction contract and then to focus on this process of preparation and management for a specific construction company on a selected contract. The final output of the thesis is the elaborated documentation of supplier's preparation. Diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a řízením stavební zakázky a objasňuje základní pojmy s tímto tématem spojené. Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout obecný popis přípravy a řízení stavební zakázky a následně se u konkrétního stavebního podniku na vybrané zakázce zaměřit na právě tento proces přípravy a řízení. Výsledným výstupem práce je zpracovaná dokumentace dodavatelské přípravy.

Wood stabilizers for its use in cement composites

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the effects of wood stabilizers in wood cement composites. Moisture, dimensional, thermal and mechanical parameters of wood cementitious materials were monitored. In addition, the effect of replacing cement with alternative components was also assessed. Within the theoretical part, a survey of the literature findings is made with a focus on the stabilization of wood in these composites. The theoretical knowledge was evaluated and subsequently the types and concentrations of stabilizers or modifiers were proposed for the experimental part of the work. In the experimental part, the effect of stabilizers on selected wood parameters was first analyzed. Next, the hydration parameters of the individually stabilized wood-cement mixtures were assessed. These parameters were evaluated and then the formulations of the wood cement mixtures from which the cement-bonded particleboards were made were proposed. Selected mechanical properties were determined on these boards, which were evaluated and assessed including microstructural analysis. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu účinků stabilizátorů dřeva v dřevocementových kompozitech. Sledovány byly vlhkostní, rozměrové, teplotní a mechanické parametry dřevocementových hmot. Navíc byl posuzován i vliv náhrady cementu alternativními složkami. V rámci teoretické části je zpracován průzkum poznatků odborné literatury se zaměřením na stabilizaci dřeva v těchto kompozitech. Teoretické poznatky byly vyhodnoceny a následně navrženy typy a koncentrace stabilizátorů, resp. modifikátorů pro experimentální část práce. V experimentální části byl nejprve z analyzován účinek stabilizátorů na vybrané parametry dřeva. Dále byly posouzeny hydratační parametry jednotlivě stabilizovaných dřevocementových směsí. Tyto parametry byly vyhodnoceny a dále byly navrhnuty receptury dřevocementových směsí, ze kterých byly vyrobeny cementotřískové desky. Na těchto deskách byly stanoveny vybrané mechanické vlastnosti, které byly vyhodnoceny a posouzeny vč. analýzy mikrostruktury.

The diploma thesis was prepared for the new construction of an apartment building at the stage of project documentation for the execution of the construction. The building is part of a new residential zone built on the premises of the former JZD in the village of Hodonice near Znojmo. The project was developed in accordance with the spatial plan and respects the surrounding development. The goal was to design a building that would provide residents with new residential housing that meets today's standards. It is a partially basement building with one basement floor and three aboveground floors. In the basement of the building there are cellar cubicles assigned to individual apartments, technical rooms, a room for bikes and strollers and a drying room. On the upper floors there are a total of twelve apartments with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk and 4+kk. The third floor of the apartment building is set back, which gave space for the creation of terraces that offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps are placed on the flat roof. The new construction of the apartment building meets the requirements for a building with almost zero energy consumption. Diplomová práce byla zpracována pro novostavbu bytového domu ve stupni projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je součástí nové rezidenční zóny budované v areálu bývalého JZD v obci Hodonice u Znojma. Projekt byl zpracován v souladu s územním plánem a respektuje okolní zástavbu. Cílem bylo navrhnout objekt, který obyvatelům poskytne nové rezidenční bydlení odpovídající dnešním standardům. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený objekt s jedním podzemním podlažím a třemi nadzemními podlažími. V suterénu objektu se nachází sklepní kóje přirazené jednotlivým bytům, technické místnosti, místnost pro kola a kočárky a sušárna. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem dvanáct bytů o dispozicích 1+kk, 2+kk a 4+kk. Třetí podlaží bytového domu je ustoupené, což dalo prostor k vytvoření teras, které přináší krásné výhledy na okolní krajinu. Na jednoplášťové ploché střeše jsou umístěné fotovoltaické panely a tepelná čerpadla. Novostavba bytového domu splňuje požadavky na budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie.

The thesis focuses on the evaluation of sustainable urban development. The theoretical part is processed as literature research, from which important indicators for the design of the methodology of sustainable development assessment of the city are derived. The research presents basic concepts related to the public sector, local government, sustainable development, and public investments. The core part of the thesis is the design a methodology to help local governments to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the city's sustainability. Additionally, it can serve as a basis for investment decision-making. This methodology is based on a multi-criteria analysis of selected key indicators that assess the functionality and sustainability of cities. The aim of this work is to offer cities a practical tool that will not only help with the assessment of the situation, but will also contribute to improving the sustainability of urban areas as centers and producers of significant economic, ecological, and social processes. Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje měst. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše odborné literatury, ze které vyplývají důležité ukazatele pro návrh metodiky hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje města. Rešerše popisuje základní pojmy týkající se veřejného sektoru, samosprávy měst, udržitelného rozvoje a veřejných investic. Stěžejní částí práce je návrh metodiky, která má pomoci městským samosprávám rozpoznat silné a slabé stránky udržitelnosti města a následně může také sloužit jako podklad pro investiční rozhodování. Tato metodika je založena na multikriteriální analýze zvolených klíčových ukazatelů, jež hodnotí fungování a udržitelnost měst. Cílem této práce je nabídnout městům praktický nástroj, který pomůže nejen se zhodnocením stavu, ale bude také přispívat ke zlepšování udržitelnosti městských oblastí, jako center a původců podstatných ekonomických, ekologických a sociálních dějů.

Analysis and solution of transport in Znojmo

The thesis focuses on the traffic situation in the district town of Znojmo in the South Moravian Region. The thesis deals with individual traffic modes, especially road traffic and cycling, but also with static traffic (traffic at rest), where parking and optimization design is addressed. The thesis also marginally deals with rail and bus public transport. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the existing state of the individual modes of transport in the entire cadastral area of Znojmo, but since the cadastral area of Znojmo also includes transport in the extravilan, the thesis is mainly focused on transport in the intravilan. The traffic load according to the National Traffic Census of the Regional Directorate of Transport and the degree of motorization from the databases of the Road Vehicle Register of the Ministry of Transport are analysed. In the second part of the thesis, selected problem spots in Znojmo are addressed, and measures for improving the comfort and safety of road users are proposed. Furthermore, parking is addressed, where the city was divided into areas according to functional use and the shortcomings were found and then the optimal solution was proposed. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na dopravní situaci v okresním městě Znojmo v Jihomoravském kraji. Práce řeší jednotlivé dopravní módy zejména silniční dopravu a cyklistickou dopravu, ale také dopravu statickou (dopravu v klidu), kdy je řešeno parkování a návrh optimalizace. V diplomové práci je také okrajově řešena železniční a autobusová veřejná doprava. První část práce je věnována stávajícímu stavu jednotlivých módů dopravy v celém katastru města Znojma, ale protože do katastrálního území Znojma spadá doprava i v extravilánu, je práce převážně zaměřena na dopravu v intravilánu. Je analyzováno dopravní zatížení dle Celostátního sčítání dopravy ŘSD a stupeň automobilizace z databází registru silničních vozidel Ministerstva dopravy. V druhé části práce řeší vybraná problematická místa ve Znojmě, návrh opatření pro zlepšení komfortu a bezpečnosti účastníků provozu. Dále je řešeno parkování, kdy bylo město rozděleno do oblastí dle funkčního využití a byly vyhledány nedostatky a následně navrženo optimální řešení.

Cost analysis of building objects

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the costs of civil engineering structures in terms of their distribution according to construction or other parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on the cost analysis of sewer lines. The analysis is made on several dozen budgets of real sewer lines, where the technical parameters, economic parameters, parameters on debris generated and costing parameters are compared. From all numerical parameters, the minimum, maximum, average and median values are then evaluated. The next part of the thesis deals with the creation of budgets per 1 mb for excavation in grassed area, road and pavement. The budgets include certain parameters that were found from the previous analysis. The budgets created are then used to determine the change in total cost with changes in excavation depth and pipe diameter. Also, as these parameters change, the labour, the amount of debris removed, backfilling with reused and new soil, and disposal of excavated soil to the landfill are examined. The main purpose is to combine the comparison of all the parameters and find the optimal solutions. In the final stage, the prices of the individual sewer line budgets are compared with the price indicators. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza nákladů inženýrských staveb z hlediska jejich rozdělení podle stavebních nebo jiných dílů. Práce se v první části zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů kanalizačních řadů. Analýza je vytvořena na několik desítek rozpočtů reálných kanalizačních řadů, kde se porovnají technické parametry, ekonomické parametry, parametry na vzniklé sutě a kalkulační parametry. Ze všech číselných parametrů se následně vyhodnocuje minimum, maximum, průměrné hodnoty a medián. Další část diplomové práce se věnuje vytvoření rozpočtů na 1 mb pro výkop v zatravněné ploše, komunikaci a chodníku. Rozpočty zahrnují určité parametry, které se zjistily z předchozí analýzy. Z vytvořených rozpočtů se následně zjišťuje chování celkové ceny při změně hloubky výkopu a při změně průměru potrubí. Také se při změnách těchto parametrů zkoumá pracnost, množství odvezené sutě, zásyp zpětně použitou a novou zeminou a odvoz vykopané zeminy na skládku. Hlavním smyslem je kombinace porovnání všech parametrů a zjištění optimálních řešení. V konečné fázi se ceny jednotlivých rozpočtů kanalizačních řadů porovnávají s cenovými ukazateli.
