Electronic database of materials research of paintings

The article presents the database system, which enables to archive reports about material research during the analysis of painting art conservation. database structure was designed together with experts and it reflects methods for results archiving. Next to the archiving it offers the possibility to search through already stored reports, using both text-based and image-based approaches. The developed database together with implemented look-up functions forms the expert knowledge database. Práce se zabývá vývojem databázového prostředí pro archivaci zpráv materiálového průzkumu malířských děl. Struktura databáze byla navržena v součinnosti s odborníky a odráží používané postupy pro zaznamenávání výsledků. Kromě archivace poskytuje možnost vyhledávání v již vložených zprávách jak podle klíčových slov (textová informace), tak podle vizuální podobnosti (obrazová informace). Databáze spolu s implementovanými vyhledávacími funkcemi tvoří znalostní bázi informativního charakteru.

Methods for correction of the mathematical model results using odservations from terrain. Utilisation of classical empirical interolation techniques and statistical approach of optimal interpolation method are investigated. Advantage of statistical method is demonstrated on example of atmospheric radionuclide release with rain occurrence. Metody korekce výsledků matematického modelu na základě pozorování v terénu. Popsáno užití klasických empirických interpolačních technik a statistický přístup metody optimální interpolace. Přednosti statistického přístupu jsou demonstrovány na příkladě atmosférického úniku radionuklidu při výskytu deště.

Thermogram processing of temporomandibular joins by means of digital image processing

The article describes the proposed system for processing patients' pictures with the inflamation of the tempomandibular joins. The pictures are taken by thermocamera and they are used for the detection and evaluation of the cure. The proposed system enables processing of the acquired data, the analysis of the right and left face images and their mutual comparison. Publikace se zabývá navrženým systémem pro zpracování snímků pacientů se zánětem temporomandibulárního kloubu. Snímky jsou pořizovány termokamerou a slouží k detekci a vyhodnocování léčby. Systém umožňuje manipulaci s daty, analýzu snímků pravé a levé tváře a jejich porovnání navzájem.

This paper analyses the possibility of selected approaches to contribute to the temporal data processing and gives the overview of mostly required tools. Různé aspekty dynamického nebo temporálního GIS jsou v poslední době velice často diskutovány a nové přístupy a aplikace se objevují každý týden. Analysis and Implementation of Dynamic Reconfiguration for FPGAs

This paper describes platform for dynamic reconfiguration on an FPGA with embedded microcontroller. The platform is divided to the hardware and software parts. A microcontroller is initiator of the reconfiguration process. A reconfiguration controller drives autonomously the reconfiguration process. The ronfiguration bitstreams and programs are stored in an external memory connected to the FPGA. Text popisuje platformu pro dynamickou rekonfiguraci na FPGA obvodech s vestavěným mikroprocesorem. Platforma je rozdělena na HW čast implementovanou v FPGA a na SW část prováděnou v mikroprocesoru. Ten vystupuje jako iniciátor rekonfiguračního procesu. Stará se o předání potřebných dat pro provedení rekonfigurace. HW v FPGA je navrženo jako autonomní obvod provádějící rekonfigurační proces. Konfiguračni bitstreamy a programy pro mikroprocesor jsou uloženy externí paměti připojené k FPGA.
