Fundamental analysis of the selected stock

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to assess the intrinsic value of a chosen stock by using fundamental analysis For this work the company Kofola Československo, a.s was chosen. The main part of the work is to calculate the intrinsic value with chosen models, then compare it with the market price to date 30. 12. 2022 and make the investment recommendation. Six models were chosen for the thesis: single staged dividend discount model, profit models Sharp's P/E and P/S model, cashflow model FCFE and historical models P/S and P/D. During comparison with the market price, which was 244 Czech crowns, only historical model P/D and FCFE model showed that the stock is overvalued and didn't recommend it for the investor. Profit model P/S wasn't suitable for comparison because the sales growth rate was higher than required rate of return, so it led to negative intrinsic value result. Investor's option is to decide which model is relevant for them to decide whether to buy the stock or not. Another option for him is to make an average of intrinsic values of the relevant models and based on this result decide about buying or selling the stock. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat fundamentální analýzu vybraného akciového titulu. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána společnost Kofola Československo a.s. Hlavní částí je výpočet vnitřní hodnoty akcie pomocí vybraných modelů, následné porovnání s tržní cenou akcie k datu 30. 12. 2022 a stanovení investičního doporučení ke koupi nebo prodeji potencionálnímu investorovi. Pro výpočet vnitřní hodnoty bylo zvoleno šest modelů, a to jednostupňový dividendový diskontní model, ziskové modely Sharpovo P/E a model P/S, cashflow model FCFE a historické modely P/S a P/D. Při porovnání s tržní cenou, která byla 244 Kč, pouze modely P/D a FCFE nedoporučovaly akcii ke koupi. Ziskový model P/S nebyl vhodný k vyhodnocení, protože míra růstu tržeb použitá ve vzorci byla vyšší než požadovaná výnosová míra, takže docházelo k zápornému výsledku vnitřní hodnoty akcie. Ostatní modely doporučily akcii ke koupi. Investor má možnost rozhodnout se, podle kterého modelu se bude řídit. Jeho další možností může být průměr vnitřních hodnot relevantních modelů a na základě výsledné hodnoty se dále rozhodovat o koupi nebo prodeji.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the definition of transport services and on-board service of RegioJet, a. s., which focuses mainly on the provision of transport and shipping services in the passenger rail and road transport sector. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the current status, trends and customer preferences in the provision of on-board service and related products at a selected railway carrier. The thesis starts with the theoretical part, first the key concepts of the passenger rail transport are specified. The next chapter is devoted to methodology. Here the main objectives of the thesis are presented and the research questions are formulated. Furthermore, the methods used in data collection are mentioned, which include a questionnaire survey, a semi-structured interview and the actual observation. The last chapter introduces RegioJet, a. s. itself, its corporate activities and services provided. Then, the results of the research methods are summarized and suggestions for innovations and development opportunities for the company under study are prepared. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení přepravních služeb a palubního servisu společnosti RegioJet, a. s., která se soustředí především na poskytování dopravních a přepravních služeb v odvětví osobní železniční a silniční dopravy. Cílem bakalářské práce je na analyzovat současný stav, trendy a zákaznické preference v oblasti poskytování palubního servisu a návazných produktů u vybraného železničního dopravce. Práce začíná teoretickou částí, kde jsou nejprve specifikovány klíčové pojmy problematiky osobní železniční dopravy. Další kapitola je věnovaná metodice. Zde jsou představeny hlavní cíle práce a formulovány výzkumné otázky. Dále jsou zde zmíněny použité metody při sběru dat, mezi které patří dotazníkové šetření, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a vlastní pozorování. V poslední kapitole je představena samotná společnost RegioJet, a. s., její firemní aktivity a poskytované služby. Poté jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumných metod a připraveny návrhy na inovace a možnosti rozvoje zkoumané společnosti.

Výzkum pomocí specifické metodologie provádí komplexní analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy působící v sektoru digitálního umění. S využitím získaných poznatků SWOT analýzy identifikuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby relevantní pro prostředí digitálního obsahu firmy. Práce představuje obchodní model a zásadní poznatky navržené tak, aby poskytly funkční firemní rámec pro měřený úspěch v konkurenčním prostředí směřujícím do budoucnosti. Poznatky získané z této komplexní analýzy lze dále zkoumat a upravovat tak, aby zajistily úspěch firmy v rozvíjející se oblasti digitálního obsahu.

Perception of the Ore Mountains as a tourism destination among the residents of the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis includes a theoretical research based on tourism with emphasis on tourism destination, destination management and marketing. The practical part introduces the Ore Mountains as a tourism destination, its development and present, including the operating destination organizations. Then it describes the form and course of the questionnaire survey as the chosen research method. The research itself examines the awareness of the Ore Mountains among the residents of the Czech Republic, how they perceive and evaluate the destination in various aspects. The evaluation and analysis of these results provided the basis for the preparation of proposals for destination development and marketing communication, which is the main aim of the thesis. The results of the survey will also be provided to the Destination Agency Ore Mountains for further potential use. In this thesis, the proposals for destination development concern the organisation of cultural event, new accommodation options and innovation in hiking. Within the marketing communication proposal, possibilities for the application of advertising, personal selling, public relations and sales promotion are presented. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje teoretickou rešerši vycházející z problematiky cestovního ruchu s důrazem na destinaci cestovního ruchu, destinační management a marketing. Praktická část přibližuje Krušnohoří jako cílovou destinaci, její vývoj a současnost, včetně působících destinačních organizací. Následně popisuje podobu a průběh dotazníkového šetření coby zvolenou metodu výzkumu. Vlastní výzkum zkoumá povědomí o Krušnohoří mezi obyvateli České republiky, jak destinaci vnímají a hodnotí v různých aspektech. Vyhodnocením a analýzou těchto výsledků byly získány podklady k přípravě návrhů pro rozvoj destinace a marketingové komunikace, což je hlavním cílem práce. Výsledky šetření budou také poskytnuty Destinační agentuře Krušnohoří k dalšímu potenciálnímu využití. V této práci se návrhy na rozvoj destinace týkají pořádání kulturní akce, nových ubytovacích možností a inovace v pěší turistice. V rámci návrhu marketingové komunikace jsou uvedeny možnosti pro uplatnění reklamy, osobního prodeje, vztahů s veřejností a podpory prodeje.

Food safety during import from third countries

This Bachelor thesis deals with an issue of import procedure from third countries, focusing on the legislation of import into the European Union. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part aims to analyse the legislation and other formalities associated with the food imports, as the process of the customs procedure and a development of food safety in the Czech Republic and the European Union with the relevant institutional and legislative background. The practical part contains a case study, which is focused on the correct procedure of importing food, that serves to clarify the whole process, including necessary documents and the analysis of risks associated with it. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the findings and its critical points. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou importu ze třetích zemí se zaměřením na legislativu dovozu do Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena na dvě částí: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na analýzu legislativy a dalších formalit spojených s dovozem potravin, jako je proces celního řízení a vývoj bezpečnosti potravin v České republice a Evropské unii spolu s příslušným institucionálním a legislativním zázemím. Praktická část obsahuje případovou studii, která je zaměřena na správný postup dovozu potravin sloužící k objasnění celého procesu včetně potřebných dokumentů a analýzy rizik s tím spojených. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných skutečností a kritických bodů.

Tvorba digitálního atlasu místního regionu a jeho využití ve výuce na ZŠ

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the creation of a digital atlas and its utilization in primary school education. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the significance and functions of an atlas in education, as well as its strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the thesis describes map creation with an overlap into geographic information systems (GIS) as a tool for developing geografic (map) and digital skills. The aim of the thesis is to compile a digital atlas for the local region, as well as the creation of worksheet for pupils and quidance manual for teachers. The topics of the sample maps in the atlas were selected through semi structured interviews with teachers from selected schools. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou digitálního atlasu a jeho využitím ve výuce na základní škole. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na význam a funkce atlasu ve výuce a také na jeho slabé a silné stránky. Dále je v práci popsána mapová tvorba s přesahem do geografických informačních systémů (GIS) jako nástroj rozvoje geografických (mapových) a digitálních dovedností. Cílem práce je sestavení digitálního atlasu pro místní region a vytvoření pracovního listu pro žáky a metodické příručky pro učitele. Témata ukázkových map v atlasu byla vybrána pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s vyučujícími na vybraných školách.

Obilniny ve výuce geografie zemědělství

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create teaching texts for teaching the geography of cereals, namely for teaching at universities, upper-secondary schools and elementary schools. First, the individual cereals grown in the world are presented in detail - their botanical and morphological characteristics, their origin, development and breeding, followed by a description of the use of cereal products, the characteristics of natural conditions and agro-techniques of cereals and the geographical distribution of cereals in the world. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also an analysis of university, upper-secondary and elementary school textbooks containing the subject of the geography of agriculture, which are subsequently used in the creation of teaching texts. Tables, maps and extensive literature are part of the bachelor thesis. Cílem bakalářské práce je tvorba učebních textů pro výuku geografie (zeměpisu) obilnin, a to pro výuku na vysokých školách, středních školách (vyšších ročnících gymnázií) a základních školách. Nejprve jsou detailně představeny jednotlivé obilniny produkované ve světě - jejich botanické a morfologické charakteristiky, jejich vznik, vývoj a šlechtění, následuje popis využití produktů obilnin, charakteristika přírodních podmínek a agrotechniky obilnin a geografické rozšíření obilnin. Součástí bakalářské práce je také analýza vysokoškolských, středoškolských a základoškolských učebnic obsahujících látku geografie (zeměpisu) zemědělství, které jsou pak využity při tvorbě učebních textů. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou tabulky, mapy a rozsáhlá literatura.

ANALÝZA PROSTOROVÉ MOBILITY OBYVATEL MĚSTA VODŇANY

The bachelor thesis deals with the daily spatial mobility of residents of the city of Vodňany in the district of Strakonice, in the South Bohemian Region. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of professional literature on the topic of spatial mobility, transportation geography, time geography, and includes a characterization of the city. The practical part introduces the methodology of data collection, which was carried out through questionnaire surveys in individual households. This is followed by the evaluation of the research results and individual hypotheses using tables and graphs, which are compared with the results of previous research on similar topics both domestically and internationally. The main indicators for evaluating spatial mobility were the number of trips, distance, and time spent on travel. Based on the results, different patterns of spatial behavior between women and men were demonstrated, with women making more trips over shorter distances in smaller time intervals than men. The results also showed a clear preference for car usage over public transportation, with car usage not showing an increasing trend in the examined sample with higher incomes. In conclusion, all results and findings are summarized. Bakalářská práce se zabývá každodenní prostorovou mobilitou obyvatel města Vodňany v okrese Strakonice, v Jihočeském kraji. V teoretické části se věnuji rozboru odborné literatury na téma prostorové mobility, geografii dopravy, geografii času a je zde uvedena charakteristika města. V praktické části je představena metodika sběru dat, který probíhal dotazníkovým šetřením v jednotlivých domácnostech. Následuje vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumu a jednotlivých hypotéz s pomocí tabulek a grafů, které jsou komparovány s výsledky již proběhlých výzkumů na podobné téma u nás i v zahraničí. Jako hlavní ukazatele pro vyhodnocení prostorové mobility byly použity počet cest, vzdálenost a čas strávený na cestě. Na základě výsledků byly prokázány odlišné vzorce prostorového chování mezi ženami a muži, které vykonávají více cest na kratší vzdálenosti v menších časových intervalech než muži. Z výsledků vyplynula zřetelná převaha užívání automobilu oproti veřejné dopravě s tím, že využití automobilů nemělo ve zkoumaném vzorku stoupající tendenci s vyššími příjmy. V závěru jsou shrnuty všechny výsledky a poznatky.

The methodology of driver training in the army of the Czech republic

The aim of my bachelor thesis is analysis of the existing methods of teaching, training and preparation of drivers in the Czech Army. I have described the system of documents and various regulations that are integral parts to the preparation of drivers in the Czech Armed Forces. I concluded from the interview with two respondents that the documentation in the Army is very extensive. I decided to create a simplified but effective curriculum. The main aim of this thesis is to familiarize the readers with the methodology of driver training in the Army of the Czech republic and to give them an insight into the process of obtaining a driver's license from the very beginning, when a soldier does not even have a civilian driving license, to experienced drivers who can handle challenging and dangerous situations. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem rozebrala stávající metody výuky, výcviku a přípravy řidičů v armádě České republiky. Popsala jsem systém dokumentů a různých nařízení, které jsou nedílnou součástí k přípravě řidičů AČR. Z rozhovoru s dvěma respondenty jsem usoudila, že dokumentace v armádě je velmi obsáhlá a z toho důvodu jsem se rozhodla vytvořit zjednodušený ale efektivní učební plán. Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s metodikou výcviku řidičů v AČR a přiblížit jim postup k získání řidičského oprávnění od úplného začátku, kdy voják nemá ani civilní řidičské oprávnění, až po zkušené řidiče, kteří zvládají náročné a občas i nebezpečné situace.

The theoretical part of the thesis examines various aspects of the teaching profession, including the history of teaching, the feminization of the teaching profession, the role of the teacher in the context of change, and the time demands of teaching. It also addresses the definition of competence and the professional skills necessary for effective teaching. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the issue of planning the educational process, including the creation of school and classroom educational programs. The practical part of the work focuses on the objectives of the research study, research questions, and the methodology used to obtain relevant data. Furthermore, the results of the research study, which was conducted through a questionnaire, are presented and discussed. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku osobnosti učitele v kontextu mateřských škol, s důrazem na jeho profesní kvalifikaci, kompetence a prestiž profese. Teoretická část práce zkoumá různé aspekty učitelské profese, včetně historie učitelství, feminizace učitelského povolání, role učitele v kontextu změn a jeho časovou náročnost. Zabývá se také vymezením pojmu kompetence a profesními dovednostmi potřebnými pro efektivní výkon učitelské práce. Dále je v práci analyzována problematika plánování vzdělávacího procesu, včetně tvorby školního a třídního vzdělávacího programu. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na cíle výzkumného šetření, výzkumné otázky a metodiku použitou k získání relevantních dat. Dále jsou prezentovány a diskutovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno formou dotazníku.
