The subject of this bachelor's thesis was the development of project documentation of the new administration building belonging to the industrial bakery for the company Herold. The project is based on the concept of studio work created during the 6th semester of the bachelor's degree. The building is located on an undeveloped brownfield in the southeast of Brno in the Černovice district. The proposed object is located at the end of the only existing, as yet unnamed road, leading through the brownfield, that connects to Švédske valy street. The object has 3 masses forming the shape of the approximate letter T with dimensions of 73.250 × 61.130 m and an approximate height of 8.300 m. The handling yard and vehicle parking are located behind the building so that they do not disturb the frontal view of the building. The essential point of the design was to build the smallest possible area, to design the building in a space-saving manner and to use the modular system. The largest mass belongs to the bakery industry. It is connected to it via a lower connecting neck by the administration building, which is the same height as the production hall. Three flour silos are located from the viewing side in front of the production hall, and as a typical object inherently connected to the bakery, they also serve as an identifier of what kind of industrial object it is. Due to the flatness and vastness of the industrial building, a vertical division is used on the facade. On the production hall by vertical laying of heat-insulating panels and windows, on the administration building by vertical segmentation of the facade with windows and facade panels. The concept of the facade consists in the creation of an eye-catching facade with the use of subtle irregularity, thereby achieving differentiation from the usual austere appearance of many industrial buildings. Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie, skladajúcej sa z DSP a DPS novostavby administratívy prislúchajúcej k priemyselnej pekárni pre spoločnosť Herold. Návrh vychádza z konceptu ateliérovej práce v rámci ateliéru priemyselných stavieb prebiehajúceho v 6. semestri bakalárskeho stupňa štúdia. Objekt sa nachádza na nezastavanom brownfielde na juhovýchode Brna v mestskej časti Černovice. Navrhnutý objekt je umiestnený v mieste ukončenia jedinej existujúcej, zatiaľ nepomenovanej cestnej komunikácie, vedúcej cez brownfield, ktorá sa napája na ulicu Švédske valy. Objekt má 3 hmoty zakomponované do tvaru približného písmena T o rozmeroch 73,250 × 61,130 m a približnej výške 8,300 m. Manipulačný dvor aj parkovanie vozidiel sú umiestnené za objektom tak, aby nenarušovali čelný pohľad na objekt. Podstatným bodom návrhu bolo zastavať čo najmenšiu plochu, navrhnúť stavbu priestorovo úsporne a využiť modulový systém. Najväčšia hmota prislúcha výrobe a expedície pečiva. K nej sa pripája cez nižší prepájací krčok budova administratívy, ktorá je rovnako vysoká ako výrobná hala. Tri silá na múku sú umiestnené z pohľadovej strany pred výrobnou halou a ako typický objekt neodmysliteľne spojený s pekárstvom slúžia zároveň ako identifikátor, o aký priemyselný objekt sa jedná. Vzhľadom na plošnosť a rozľahlosť priemyselného objektu je na fasáde použité vertikálne členenie. Na výrobnej hale zvislým kladením obvodových tepelno-izolačných panelov a okien, na budove administratívy vertikálnym členením fasády oknami doplnenými o fasádne panely. Koncept fasády spočíva vo vytvorení pútavej fasády s využitím jemnej nepravidelnosti, čím bolo dosiahnuté odlíšenie sa od obvyklého strohého vzhľadu mnohých priemyselných objektov.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the Exotárium pavilion in the Brno ZOO, which supposed to replace the existing building, which no longer meets the spatial, hygienic or technical requirements. The building is located in the center of the ZOO area at the intersection of several visitor routes. Conceptually, the design is divided into two buildings – the tropics pavilion dedicated to Papua New Guinea and pavilion of inland Australia. These two buildings are connected on the underground level by a technical floor. Areas for animals are adapted for the breeding of exotic birds, small mammals and fish. The pavilion is divided longitudinally into three tracts – technical and hygienic facilities, corridors for visitors and indoor aviaries. The building is equipped both for the preparation of feed and the care of animal health, as well as for the rearing of young. In the center of the layout is the central space for visitors and the Water world. The extended area of the corridor is equipped with furniture and presentation equipment, which can also be used for lectures and events for schools. The dominant element of the space for visitors is the acoustic ceiling consisting of prisms of different lengths of green wood wool. This ceiling is intended to create the impression of a canopy of a tropical forest. The curved wall between the aviaries and the corridor is intended to offer unconventional views into the aviaries, but still provide the animals with sufficient privacy. The building is serviced through a staff entrance on the south-east side of the building and the technical facilities are accessible via an unpaved road on the underground level from the south-west slope below the Australia pavilion building. This route is only used to transport the technological equipment of the building. The building, with its predominantly gray and contrasting interior, corresponds with the Australia pavilion, where more earthy colors are used. The buildings are united mainly by the facade and are connected by the construction of through external aviaries. Tématem bakalářské práce je pavilion Exotária v brněnské ZOO, který má nahradit stávající budovu, která již nevyhovuje prostorovým, hygienickým ani technickým požadavkům. Navrhovaná budova se nachází ve středu areálu ZOO na křižovatce několika návštěvnických tras. Koncepčně je návrh rozdělen na dvě budovy – pavilonu tropů věnovanému Papui Nové Guineji a pavilonu suché Austrálie věnovanému vnitrozemské Austrálii. Tyto budovy jsou na úrovni 1PP propojeny technickým podlažím. Prostory pro zvířata jsou uzpůsobeny chovu exotických ptáků, drobných savců a ryb. Budova je v podélném směru rozdělena do tří traktů – technického a hygienického zázemí, chodby pro návštěvníky a vnitřních voliér. Budova je vybavena jak pro přípravu krmiva a péči o zdraví zvířat, tak pro odchov mláďat. Ve středu dispozice se nachází ústřední prostor pro návštěvníky a vodní svět. Rozšířený prostor chodby je vybavený mobiliářem a prezentačním vybavením, který může sloužit i pro přednášky a akce pro školy. Vodní svět je tmavý zakřivený prostor s akvárii, který se tématicky věnuje znečištění oceánů. Dominantním prvkem prostoru pro návštěvníky je akustický podhled sestávající se z různě dlouhý hranolů dřevní vlny zelené barvy. Tento podhled má navozovat dojem příkrovu tropického lesa. Zakřivená stěna mezi voliérami a chodbou má nabízet netradiční průhledy do voliér, ale stále poskytovat zvířatům dostatečné soukromí. Budova je obsluhována skrze vstup pro zaměstnance na jihovýchodní straně budovy a technické zázemí je přístupné po nezpevněné cestě na úrovni 1PP z jihozápadního svahu pod budovou pavilonu Suché Austrálie. Tato cesta slouží pouze k transportu technologického vybavení budovy. Stavba svým především šedým a kontrastním interiérem koresponduje s pavilonem Suché Austrálie, kde je užito vice zemitých barev. Stavby jsou sjednoceny především fásádou a jsou propojeny konstrukcí průchozí vnějších voliér.

The goal of the proposal is to create a pleasant and functional environment for study and stay of youth with a medical disadvantage in the GEMINI Secondary School. Requirement the reason for the increase in the number of children is not only revitalization and modernization existing buildings, but also new constructions of other buildings. Another aspect of the project is the appropriate integration of the building into the environment of the housing estate Brno – Lesná. Cílem návrhu je vytvořit příjemné a funkční prostředí pro studium a pobyt mládeže se zdravotním znevýhodněním ve Střední škole GEMINI. Požadavek k navýšení počtu dětí je také důvodem nejen revitalizace a modernizace stávající budovy, ale i novostavby další budovy. Dalším hlediskem projektu je vhodné začlenění stavby do prostředí sídliště Brno – Lesná.

The aim of the project is to use the potential of the site, to create a pleasant space for work and study and to offer an alternative to the existing public libraries. The project responds to the current perception of the function of libraries as places to meet, work and study, and seeks to provide an environment adapted to the needs of the younger productive population and university students in Brno. The project emphasises the provision of quiet working spaces, interactive study rooms and relaxation zones to meet the needs of users at different levels of concentration and relaxation. Cílem projektu je využít potenciál místa, vytvořit příjemný prostor pro práci a studium a nabídnout alternativu k existujícím veřejným knihovnám. Projekt reaguje na současné vnímání funkce knihoven jako míst setkávání, práce a studia, a snaží se poskytnout prostředí přizpůsobené potřebám mladší produktivní populace a studentů vysokých škol v Brně. Projekt klade důraz na poskytnutí tichých pracovních prostor, interaktivních studoven a relaxačních zón, aby splnil potřeby uživatelů na různých úrovních soustředění a odpočinku.

This bachelor's thesis was to develop project documentation for a building permit in part B and construction execution documentation in part C. The developed project documentation follows on from the subject AG034 – Monument restoration studio. The topic of the studio work was to propose a solution for the restoration of the Renaissance town hall in Hostěradice, which now serves only as a grocery store and a gym. All the spaces of the town hall are falling into disrepair, but the village of Hostěradice is starting to invest in gradual repairs and improvements not only to the building itself, but also to the surrounding area. After completing a workshop in the building, which resulted in a preliminary structural and technical survey of the building and the basic considerations of the residents of the village and the council, I arrived at the basic concept of the restoration of the town hall. I will rid the building of all redundant constructions that divide vaulted spaces and redundant extensions. By demolishing the attached stage, I isolate the historic building, to which I then design a modern extension with hygienic and technical facilities. It is connected to the historic town hall by a glazed space with a communication core, from which you can reach all the used spaces. The purpose of the restored building will be to represent the village at social events. All spaces will be converted into halls, galleries or facilities for refreshments in the form of catering and a bar. With this approach, I plan to preserve the valuable layers of the Renaissance building and at the same time add a new layer to the town hall that adapts the building to modern needs. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení (DSP) v části B a dokumentaci provedení stavby (DPS). Vypracovaná projektová dokumentace navazuje na předmět AG034 – Ateliér obnovy památek. Tématem ateliérové práce bylo navrhnout řešení obnovy renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích, která nyní slouží pouze jako prodejna potravin a posilovna. Všechny prostory radnice chátrají, ale obec začíná investovat do postupných oprav a úprav nejen samotného objektu, ale i přilehlého okolí. Po absolvovaném workshopu v objektu, ze kterého vzešel vypracovaný předběžný stavebně technický průzkum objektu a základní úvahy obyvatel obce a zastupitelstva, jsem dospěl k základnímu konceptu obnovy radnice. Objekt zbavím všech přebytečných konstrukcí, které rozdělují zaklenuté prostory a přebytečných přístaveb. Zbouráním přistaveného pódia izoluji historickou budovu, ke které následně navrhuji moderní přístavbu s hygienickým a technickým zázemím. Ta je připojena k historické radnici proskleným prostorem s komunikačním jádrem, ze kterého se dostanete do všech využívaných prostor. Účel obnoveného objektu bude spočívat v nárazové reprezentaci obce při společenských akcích. Bude využito všech prostor, které se upraví na sály, galerie nebo zázemí pro občerstvení v podobě cateringu a baru. Tímto přístupem plánuji zachovat hodnotné vrstvy renesanční stavby a zároveň doplnit radnici o novou vrstvu, která objekt adaptuje pro moderní potřeby

ABSTRACT The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design and creation of technical documentation for an apartment building with care services in Brno-Řečkovice. The work is based on the architectural study of the subject AG032 – residential buildings developed in 2020. The residential building with nursing service is designed as an atrium. It is rectangular in shape. It has three floors. In the first above-ground floor there is a function of public amenities, the other two are designed for the apartments themselves, a nursing service room and additional functions. Urbanistically, it follows the neighboring buildings, especially the kindergarten building, with which it is designed in one compositional axis, respecting its height and the shape of the roof. The surrounding areas and surrounding connections of the apartment building are also designed. Here, the emphasis is placed on road connections, barrier-free entrances to the building, parking capacity and urban greenery. ABSTRAKT Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh a tvorba technické dokumentace bytového domu s pečovatelskou službou v Brně-Řečkovicích. Práce vychází z architektonické studie předmětu AG032 – obytné stavby vypracované roku 2020. Bytový dům s pečovatelskou službou je řešen jako atriový. Je obdélníkového tvaru. Má tři podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlažím se nachází funkce veřejné vybavenosti, další dvě jsou navržena pro samotné byty, místnost pečovatelské služby a doplňkové funkce. Urbanisticky navazuje na sousední objekty, zvláště pak na budovu školky, se kterou je navržen v jedné kompoziční ose, respektuje její výšku a tvar střechy. Jsou navrženy i okolní plochy a okolní návaznosti bytového domu. Zde je kladen důraz na návaznosti komunikací, bezbariérovost vstupů do budovy, parkovací kapacity a městskou zeleň.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the restoration of the Renaissance town hall in Hostěradice. The documentation is based on an architectural study processed within the subject BGA036 Restoration of Monuments. The town hall is located in the centre of the square of Hostěradice. It is its dominant feature. It is a very old renaissance building. The town hall is surrounded by a road on the south and west side. The rest of the building is located in the park, which is also subject to restoration. It is a two-storey building with a gable roof. On the north side, the town hall is connected to a newer building. The town hall is currently not in use. The Renaissance town hall probably consists of two Gothic houses, which were later combined into one. The town hall dates back to the 16th century. At the beginning of the 17th century the town hall burnt down as a result of an attack by Swedish troops. At the beginning of the 19th century a granary was built here. Later, a cinema hall was built here, and at the end of the 20th century a bathroom was added. In recent years, the town hall has not been used, but its surroundings have been renovated. The whole of the Town Hall and its current additions will not be significantly affected. The later additions will also be retained, creating a varied spectacle in the courtyard. A lift and spiral staircase is proposed for the interior of the Town Hall. In the northern part of the redeveloped site, an extension in the form of classical houses with gabled roofs is proposed, here there will be space for services and a doctor's flat. The whole development will retain a classic village character. Tématem bakalářské práce je obnova renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích. Dokumentace vychází z architektonické studie zpracované v rámci předmětu BGA036 Obnova památek. Radnice se nachází v centru náměstí Hostěradic, je jeho dominantou. Jedná se o velice starou renesanční budovu. Z jižní a západní strany je radnice obklopena silnicí. Zbytek stavby se nachází v parku, který je také předmětem obnovy. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní budovu zastřešenou sedlovou střechou. Ze severní strany na radnici navazuje novější dostavovaný objekt. V dnešní době není radnice využívána. Renesanční radnice se skládá nejspíše ze dvou gotických domů, které byly později spojeny v jeden. Vznik radnice je datován do 16. století. Na začátku 17. století radnice důsledkem útoku švédských vojsk vyhořela. Začátkem 19. století zde byla zřízena sýpka. Později zde byl zřízen kinosál a koncem 20. století také došlo k dostavbě koupelny. V posledních letech se radnice nevyužívá, avšak její okolí prošlo rekonstrukcí. Do celku radnice a jejích současných dostaveb nebude nijak zásadně zasaženo. Budou zanechány i pozdější dostavby, které vytváří různorodou podívanou ve dvoře. V interiéru radnice je navržen výtah a točité schodiště. V severní části obnovovaného pozemku je navržena dostavba ve formě klasických domů se sedlovou střechou, zde bude prostor pro služby a byt lékaře. Celá stavba si zachová klasický vesnický ráz.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was project documentation elaboration in consequential stages to the architectural study for industrial premises of Herold bakery processed in Architectural design studio. Prepared intend is conceived as Industrial bakery facility encompassing several functional parts. Those are the production areas, dispatch areas, warehousing areas and administration areas related to the company and facility management. The estate on which the planned object is located will be in Brno, in the cadastral territory of Brno-Černovice. This brownfield property near by Švédské Valy street is recommended by valid territorial plan for Industrial production estates. The new-building is created by four cubical objects outcoming from bakery technological operation process. Those objects are joined together with glass necks. The buildings facades are painted in light grey color created by vertical thermos insulating plates surrounding whole building facade and thus giving a rythm to it. Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo vypracovanie nadväzujúcich stupňov projektovej dokumentácie k architektonickej štúdii objektu priemyselnej pekárne Herold, ktorá bola spracovaná v ateliérovej tvorbe. Pripravovaný zámer je koncipovaný ako priemyselná pekáreň, ktorá obsahuje niekoľko funkčných častí. Sú to plochy výrobné, plochy expedičné, plochy skladové a administratívne priestory súvisiace s riadením prevádzky spoločnosti. Pozemok na ktorom sa nachádza riešený objekt, bude postavený v Brně, v katastrálnom území Brno-Černovice. Využité bude územie plochy brownfieldu pri ulici Švédske Valy, odporúčanej platným územným plánom na zástavbu výrobou. Novostavba je tvorená 4 kubickými hmotami, ktoré vyplývajú z technologického postupu pekárenskej prevádzky. Tieto objemy sú na seba napojené spojovacími presklenými krčkami. Fasáda budovy je v prefarbení svetlo-šedej farby a je tvorená vertikálnymi panelmi z tepelne-izolačných dosiek, ktoré obopínajú celú fasádu budovy a dodávajú jej rytmus.

In the centre of the city, near Lužánky, there is a strange brownfield that represents an interesting mix of past and present. This place has been the target of many plans and visions, but their fate has been different. Some have come to fruition, others have remained on paper, waiting for their chance. Different people have been involved in the creation of this complex space, coming and going over time, creating a distinct entity with many faces. Here you will find a luxury hotel, abandoned sports venues from the past and tennis courts still attracting sports enthusiasts. All this is complemented by a vast car park that seems to be a kind of inhospitable oasis in the middle of the city's concrete. But behind this urban kaleidoscope lies Planýrka, a special piece of nature in the heart of the city. Only the beaten paths and untrodden greenery here testify to a life that takes place beyond the reach of human hands, a life according to its own rules. V centru města, nedaleko Lužánek, se rozkládá podivný brownfield, který představuje zajímavou směsici minulosti a současnosti. Tohle místo bylo terčem mnoha plánů a vizí, ale jejich osud se lišil. Některé se uskutečnily, jiné zůstaly jen na papíře, čekajíc na svou šanci. Do tvorby tohoto komplexního prostoru se zapojili různí lidé, přicházející a odcházející v průběhu času, a tak se vytvořil svébytný celek s mnoha tvářemi. Najdete zde luxusní hotel, opuštěná sportoviště z minulosti a tenisové kurty, stále lákající sportovní nadšence. Vše to doplňuje rozsáhlé parkoviště, které se zdá být jakousi nehostinnou oázou uprostřed městského betonu. Ale za tímto urbanistickým kaleidoskopem se skrývá Planýrka, zvláštní kousek přírody v srdci města. Jen vyšlapané stezky a nepřeplácaná zeleň zde svědčí o životě, který se odehrává mimo dosah lidských rukou, životě podle vlastních pravidel

The initial idea was the creation of new work opportunities, which are considerably limited in the neighbouring area. The complex consists of two factory floors and an administration building, that is a subject of the project documentation. Each factory floor consists of six connectable units, which are sheathed in grey sandwich panels and visually differentiated by translucent coloured polycarbonate panels under the gable roof with a V cut out of it. Same motive is used for roof above the entrance hall of the administration building, and should evoke the first letter of the village, that the complex is situated in – Víchov. In the already mentioned entrance hall there is a spiral steel staircase, which is resolved as the architectural detail as the separate part of the thesis. For sheathing of the administration building is used a ventilated facade system from brick blocks, which in combination with painted steel and glass entrance hall evokes industry in its purest form. Flat roofs of the side wings of the administration building are designed as vegetative to minimize the loss of greenery because of building-up of the area and as a more responsible way to preserve rainwater. Complex is designed to enable easy access and transportation within and in and out of the complex not only for automobiles but also for trucks, to ensure the parking lots for workers and visitors of the complex and to enable transport by foot between the buildings with exploit of sidewalks and outdoor staircases. Part of the design is also replenishing the greenery and creating a new tree colonnade that should at least partially eliminate the noise from the service of the complex. Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh areálu malého a středního podnikání v obci Víchov, která se nachází v Plzeňském kraji. Iniciativou pro návrh je vytvoření nových pracovních příležitostí, které jsou v blízkém okolí značně omezeny. Součástí areálu jsou dvě výrobní haly a administrativní budova, která je předmětem podrobné projektové dokumentace. Každá výrobní hala sestává z šesti navzájem propojitelných jednotek, které jsou opláštěné šedými sendvičovými panely a vizuálně odlišeny průsvitnými barevnými polykarbonátovými panely pod sedlovou střešní konstrukcí s vykrojením do V. Stejný motiv je použit pro střešní konstrukci nad vstupní halou administrativní budovy a má evokovat první písmeno vesnice ve které se stavba nachází – Víchov. Ve zmíněné vstupní hale se nachází točité ocelové schodiště, které je řešeno v rámci architektonického detailu. Opláštění administrativní budovy je řešeno provětrávanou fasádou z cihelných bloků, která v kombinaci s lakovanou ocelí a prosklenou vstupní halou evokuje průmysl v jeho surové podobě. Ploché střechy nacházející se na bočních křídlech administrativní budovy jsou řešeny jako vegetační z důvodu navrácení zeleně na zastavěné plochy a zodpovědnějšímu nakládání s dešťovou vodou. Areál je navržen tak, aby umožňoval snadný přístup a provoz osobních i nákladních vozidel v rámci areálu pomocí nových účelových komunikací, zajistil parkovací plochy pro pracovníky a návštěvníky areálu a umožňoval pěší přechod mezi budovami pomocí chodníků a venkovních schodišť. Součástí řešení je i doplnění stávající zeleně a výsadba nového stromořadí pro částečnou eliminaci hluku z provozu areálu do vesnice.
