2023 - Slovak PNtalk is a language used for modelling of object-oriented Petri nets. The existing simu- lator implemented in Smalltalk language is used mainly for modelling and debugging. For practical use, however, a more efficient representation of Petri net models is needed. This work presents a C++ representation of object-oriented Petri nets. PNtalk je jazyk využívaný na modelovanie objektovo orientovaných petriho sietí. Existujúci simulátor implementovaný v jazyku Smalltak slúži na modelovanie a ladenie, pre nasadenie v praxi, je potrebné reprezentovať tieto modely efektívnejšie. Táto práca sa zaoberá práve tvorbou efektívnejšej reprezentácie, konkrétne transformáciou do jazyku C++. V práci boli riešené problémy paralelného vyhodnocovania petriho sietí, optimalizácie vyhodnocovania prechodov a dynamické typovanie. Rekonstrukce poškozené části otisku prstů s využitím neuronových sítí

2023 - Slovak In this paper, I propose a method for reconstructing damaged fingerprints using generative adversarial networks (GANs), implemented with Python and the PyThorch library. I have trained a specific GAN model on a dataset of approximately twenty thousand prints, created with Anguli and other damage simulation tools. This approach produced excellent results and could have wide application in biometric systems. This work highlights the potential of deep learning in the fields of image reconstruction and biometrics. V tejto práci navrhujem spôsob rekonštrukcie poškodených odtlačkov s využitím genera- tývnych protichodných sieti (GAN), implementovaných s Pythonom a knižnicou PyThorch. Vytrénoval som špecifický GAN model na približne dvadsaťtisícovom datasete, vytvorenom nástrojom Anguli a ďalšími nástrojmi na simuláciu poškodenia. Tento prístup produkoval vynikajúce výsledky a mohol by mať široké uplatnenie v biometrických systémoch. Táto práca zvýrazňuje potenciál hlbokého učenia v oblastiach rekonštrukcie obrazu a biometrie. Integrace výpočetních zdrojů Amazon Compute Cloud do systému k-Dispatch

2023 - Slovak The main goal of this thesis is to get introduced to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, especially the EC2 compute capacity service, next goal is to get introduced to the current solution of the k-Dispatch system for automatic launch and monitoring of computing jobs, and in the end to propose and develop utilities for the integration of the EC2 service into the k-Dispatch system. The developed solution offers a tool that can be used to create a configuration for an EC2 HPC cluster, which can also be deployed using the tool. Furthermore, a communication interface has been created to communicate with the said cluster. Cieľom tejto práce je zoznámiť sa zo službami platformy Amazon Web Services (AWS), v hlavnom rade so službou EC2, ktorá poskytuje výpočtové prostriedky prostredníctvom cloudu. Tak isto zoznámiť sa z aktuálnym riešením systému k-Dispatch pre automatizované spúšťanie a monitorovanie výpočtových úloh, a následne navrhnúť a vyvinúť prostriedky pre integráciu služby EC2 do systému k-Dispatch. Vytvorené riešenie ponúka nástroj, pomocou ktorého je možné vytvoriť konfiguráciu pre EC2 HPC zhluk, ktorý je možné pomocou nástroju aj nasadiť. Ďalej bolo vytvorené komunikačné rozhranie, slúžiace na komunikáciu zo spomínaným zhlukom. 2023 - Slovak The aim of this thesis is to create a horror game demo in Unity with procedurally generated environment and events. The work examines the market of current solutions and deals with the theory of fear and game development. It also describes designed mechanics of the game in detail and the way they have been implemented. The result of the work is a game demo with procedurally generated labyrinth, from where the player tries to escape. All kinds of scary traps await for them along the way. Cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť herné hororové demo v Unity s procedurálne generovaným prostredím a udalosťami. Práca skúma trh aktuálnych riešení, zaoberá sa teóriou strachu a herného vývoja. Ďalej popisuje do detailu navrhnuté herné mechaniky a spôsob, akým boli tieto mechaniky implementované. Výsledkom práce je herné demo s procedurálne generovaným labyrintom, v ktorom sa hráč snaží z tohto labyrintu utiecť. Po ceste naňho číhajú rôzne druhy strašidelných nástrah. Přehled optimalizačních algoritmů inspirovaných přírodou

2023 - Slovak The aim of this work was to investigate and compare the efficiency of four nature-inspired optimization algorithms in finding function extremes on various test functions. The algorithms included the cat swarm optimization algorithm, social-emotional optimization algorithm, dolphin echolocation algorithm, and harmony search algorithm. The chosen test functions for extreme searching were Rosenbrock function, Griewank function, and Rastrigin function. The work includes descriptions of individual experiments and evaluates the success of these algorithms in finding function extremes. Cieľom tejto práce bolo preskúmať a porovnať účinnosť štyroch optimalizačných algoritmov inšpirovaných prírodou pri hľadaní extrémov funkcií na rôznych testovacích funkciách. Jednalo sa o algoritmus mačacej svorky, algoritmus sociálno-emocionálnej optimalizácie, algoritmus echolokácie delfínov a algoritmus harmonického vyhľadávania. Ako testovacie funkcie pre hľadanie extrému funkcie boli použité Rosenbrockova funkcia, Griewankova funkcia a Rastringinova funkcia. V rámci práce sú popísané jednotlivé experimenty a vyhodnotená úspešnosť daných algoritmov. 2023 - Slovak This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the implementation of a Power side channel attack on three experimental workplaces with the implemented AES-128 encryption algorithm. For these purposes are used FPGA boards SAKURA G, SAKURA X and Chipwhisperer CW305. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the principles of side channel attacks, while the main emphasis is on power analysis and its two methods – simple (SPA) and differential (DPA). The aim of the practical part is to compare the waveforms obtained from workplaces using the TVLA (Test Vector Leakage Assessment) leakage detection methods. Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na realizáciu merania prúdového postranného kanála na troch experimentálnych pracoviskách s implementovaným šifrovacím algoritmom AES-128. Pre tieto účely sú použité FPGA dosky SAKURA G, SAKURA X a Chipwhisperer CW305. Teoretická časť práce sa zameriava na princípy útokov pomocou postranných kanálov, kde najväčšia pozornosť je venovaná prúdovej analýze a jej dvom metódam – jednoduchej (SPA) a diferenciálnej (DPA). Cieľom praktickej časti je porovnať získané priebehy z jednotlivých pracovísk pomocou detekcie úniku TVLA metódami (Test Vector Leakage Assessment). Vliv vibračního mikro sběrače na vibrující základnu

2023 - Slovak The goal of this thesis is to describe the impact of the energy harvester on the vibrating base, while also showing the basic aspects of energy harvesting. We first describe the issue on the research side, where we explain the concept and real use of energy harvesters, we show their basic construction with pictures of models and graphs from experiments showing their behavior. We also show how energy harvesters can be optimized and improved. At the end of the research part, we describe how the energy harvester can influence the deviation of the base, and therefore why it is important to model the system with a feedback impact on the base. In the practical part, we derive a mathematical model using Lagrange equations of the second kind, which we subsequently use for numerical and analytical solutions. In the final part of the work, we analyze the influence of individual parameters of the energy harvester on the output power and base deviation with the help of Matlab and Simulink. Cieľom tejto práce je popísať vplyv vibračného mikro zberača na vibrujúcu základňu, pričom si ukazujeme aj základné aspekty energy harvestingu. Problematiku najskôr opisujeme po rešeršnej stránke, kde vysvetľujeme koncept a reálne využitie mikro zberačov, obrázkami modelov ukazujeme ich základnú konštrukciu a grafmi z experimentov ich správanie sa. Ukazujeme si tiež spôsoby ako sa môžu mikro zberače optimalizovať a zlepšovať. V závere rešeršnej časti opisujeme ako môže mikro zberač ovplyvniť výchylku základne, a teda prečo je dôležité sústavu modelovať s jej spätným ovplyvnením. V praktickej časti odvádzame matematický model pomocou Lagrangeových rovníc druhého druhu, ktorý následne používame na numerické a analytické riešenie. V záverečnej časti práce analyzujeme vplyv jednotlivých parametrov mikro zberača na výstupný výkon a výchylku základne s pomocou Matlabu a Simulinku. Rozložení potenciálu a dotyková napětí vybraných typů uzemňovacích soustav

2023 - Slovak The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to investigate the influence of the shape, size, placement of earthing systems designes as well as the influence of the soil model on the size of the resulting potential and touch voltage during the passage of ground current. For the construction and subsuquent simulation of these phenomena, the Ansys Maxwell Desktop program was used, which is suitable for using the finite element method, as the use of analytical methods is demanding. The results were further processed in Excel into graphs. The resulting touch voltage was determined as the difference between the maximum potential of the earthing system and the potential at distance of 1 meter. Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo skúmanie vplyvu tvaru, veľkosti, uloženia ako aj vplyv modelu pôdy v okolí zemniča, na veľkosť výsledných vzniknutých potenciálov a dotykového napätia pri prechode zemného prúdu zemničom. Pre zostrojenie a následnú simuláciu týchto javov bol využívaný program Ansys Maxwell Desktop, ktorý je vhodný pre jeho využívanie metódy konečných prvkov, keďže využitie analytických metód je pri výpočte rozloženia potenciálu obtiažne. Výsledky boli následne spracované v programe Excel do grafov. Výsledné dotykové napätia boli stanovené ako rozdiel maximálneho potenciálu zemniča a potenciálu v mieste vo vzdialenosti 1 meter.
