Complete spinal cord injury resulting in paraplegia from physiotherapist's point of view

2012 - Czech The thesis is concerned with an overview of basic knowledge of complete spinal cord injury and its complications from physiotherapist?s point of view. Major physiotherapeutic procedures are positioning of patients, respiratory physiotherapy, making active and passive movements with patients, physical therapy and soft and mobilization techniques. Most commonly used physiotherapeutic concepts are Vojta?s method, PNF, sling-exercise-therapy and Bobaths concept. Among the latest rehabilitation device techniques belong usage of Lokomat and practice of balance functions by means of virtual reality. The thesis contains a case study of patient with spinal cord injury resulting in paraplegia. Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled poznatků o problematice příčného přerušení míchy s následkem paraplegie z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Základní fyzioterapeutické přístupy jsou polohování, respirační fyzioterapie, provádění aktivních a pasivních pohybů, fyzikální terapie, vertikalizace a měkké a mobilizační techniky. Nejčastěji používané koncepty při rehabilitaci jsou Vojtova metoda, PNF, cvičení v závěsu a koncept manželů Bobathových. Mezi nejnovější přístrojové techniky patří využití Lokomatu a nácvik balančních funkcí pomocí virtuální reality. Práce obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s paraplegických postižením míchy. 2011 - Czech Web Survey to improve teaching at the college. Due to the increasing number of renegade students is needed to know why it happens so this phenomenon could be easier to eliminate. After logging in the user is verifyed via LDAP protocol, where the user is teacher or student, then system finds his subjects from the STAG with webservices, if user teacher he will fill out the questionnaire,where he outline conditions for the fulfillment of individual subjects. If a user is a student, he judges whether a teacher has met the conditions and filled questionnaire according to how is student satisfied with the subjects. All data are processed, and then they are made into simple statistics and exported into the required formats. the application is prepared for the Department of Computer Science and after minor customizations it can be used in other faculties. Webový dotazník pro zlepšení výuky na vysoké škole. Z důvodu zvětšujícího se počtu odpadlých studentů je potřeba zjistit, proč se tak děje, aby se tento jev mohl snáze eliminovat. Po přihlášení se ověří uživatel pomocí protokolu LDAP, uživatel je vyučující nebo student, zjistí se ze stagu jeho předměty pomocí webservices, je-li uživatel učitel, vyplní dotazník, kde uvede podmínky pro splnění jednotlivých předmětů. Pokud je uživatel student, ohodnotí jestli učitel splnil podmínky a vyplní, jak je s předměty spokojen. Veškerá data se zpracují, následně se z nich vytvoří jednoduché statistické údaje a vyexportují se do potřebných formátů. Aplikace je připravena na katedře informatiky a po lehkých úpravách ji bude možné použít i na jiných fakultách. 2011 - Czech Bachelor's thesis is focused on adoption of Romany children. The theoretical part introduces history and identity of Romany ethnic group. Further, process of adoption, influence of heredity on upbringing and identity forming of Romany child in non-Romany family is described. It should answer main questions about adoption of Romany children to eventual applicants of adoption and also adopters themselves. In practical part, by means of anamnesis and conversation to fill in the theoretical part, fundamental informations about a boy growing up in adoptive family are composed. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku osvojení romských dětí. Teoretická část seznamuje s historií a identitou romského etnika. Dále se věnuje procesu osvojení, vlivu dědičnosti ve výchově a formování identity romského dítěte v neromské rodině. Případným zájemcům o osvojení i samotným osvojitelům má odpovědět na základní otázky týkající se osvojení romského dítěte. V praktické části jsou, prostřednictvím anamnézy a rozhovoru, pro doplnění teoretické části, uspořádány stěžejní informace o chlapci vyrůstajícím v adoptivní rodině.
