The use of crisis intervention in a kindergarten setting

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of kize and crisis interven?on and the benefits of using it in a kindergarten se?ng to support children who are in challenging life situa?ons. The theore?cal part introduces the topic of psychological crisis and the specifics of its experience in childhood, presents the principles of crisis intervention and again the specifics related to preschool children. The practical part is based on qualitative research based on interviews with eight preschool teachers, which maps their experiences with children's experiencing crisis and dealing with such situations in the kindergarten environment. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku krize a krizové intervence a přínos jejího využití v prostředí mateřské školy pro podporu dětí, které jsou v náročné životní situaci. Teoretická část přibližuje téma psychické krize a specifika jejího prožívání v dětství, představuje principy krizové intervence a opět specifika vztahující se k dětem předškolního věku. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu založeném na rozhovorech s osmi předškolními pedagogy, který mapuje jejich zkušenosti s dětským prožíváním krize a řešením takových situací v prostředí mateřské školy.

It's not theater like a theater

The aim of this thesis is to highlight the possibilities of drama education in preschool education with a focus on literary text and theatrical performance. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on theatre, theatre for children and theatre performed by children in a historical and contemporary context and highlights some methods of drama education suitable for working with literary text in kindergarten. In the practical part, the benefits for pre-school children are presented, described and evaluated on the basis of three theatre performances watched, and then work with dramatizing techniques is tested with children in kindergarten. In the discussion, the use of theatre and drama education methods based on theatre methods are compared. Cílem práce je poukázat na možnosti dramatické výchovy v předškolním vzdělávání se zaměřením na literární text a divadelní představení. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na divadlo, divadlo pro děti a divadlo hrané dětmi v historickém i současném kontextu a upozorňuje na některé metody dramatické výchovy vhodné pro práci s literárním textem v mateřské škole. V praktické části jsou uvedeny, popsány a vyhodnoceny přínosy pro předškolní děti na základě tří zhlédnutých divadelních představení a následně je s dětmi v mateřské škole vyzkoušena práce s dramatizujícími technikami. V diskusi je porovnáno využití divadla a metod dramatické výchovy, která vychází z divadelních metod.

The bachelor thesis's intended purpose was to create an environmental lesson plan. In the theoretical part, there was a described theoretical basis from which the lesson plan came out. This section defined environmental education, its goals, methods, and principles. There was devoted space to its application in kindergarten, the importance of the school garden, and the connection between environmental education and the curriculum for preschool education. Last but not least experience learning, game, and flow learning have been described. The practical part includes an assembled lesson plan, daily evaluation, and final evaluation with children. In the plan were environmental activities, which developed environmental sensivity and created a positive attitude toward nature. In the end, it was found that the most successful aktivity was the one carried out directly in the forest, namely the building of a village for gnomes. The least liked activity was walking to the forest, which was too long in their words. Another unliked activity was earthworm touching, but it was voluntary. Most children gave up on the activity and those who tried it found it unpleasant. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sestavení environmentálně zaměřeného výukového plánu. V teoretické části byla popsána teoretická východiska, ze kterých tematický celek vychází. V této části byla definována environmentální výchova, její cíle, metody a zásady. Prostor byl věnován i jejímu uplatnění v mateřské škole, významu školních zahrad a propojení s aktuálním Rámcovým vzdělávacím programem pro předškolní vzdělávání. V neposlední řadě bylo popsáno prožitkové učení, hra a plynulé učení. Praktická část zahrnuje sestavený výukový plán, evaluaci dnů a závěrečnou evaluaci s dětmi. V tematickém celku byly použity environmentální činnosti, které u dětí rozvíjí environmentální senzitivitu a vytváří kladný vztah k přírodě. V závěru bylo zjištěno, že nejúspěšnější se stala aktivita prováděná přímo v lese, a to stavení skřítčí vesnice. Nejméně děti nadchla cesta k lesu, která podle jejich slov byla moc dlouhá. Dalším problematickým úkolem, který byl však dobrovolný, byl dotek žížaly. Většina dětí se této aktivity vzdala a těm, kteří to zkusili, to bylo nepříjemné.

It maps out rational and emotional aspects views of mutual parent - teacher communication. Further It deals with areas, where teachers feels lower degree of confidence. It reveals communication strategies which are used in parent-teacher communication. Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby, nástroji, přístupy a příležitostmi, které volí učitelky mateřských škol pro komunikaci s rodiči. Mapuje pohledy na racionální a emocionální aspekty vzájemné komunikace. Zabývá se dále oblastmi, kde zapojené učitelky cítí nižší míru jistoty. Odhaluje komunikační strategie používané v komunikaci s rodiči.

The theoretical part describes diakonia as a part of the church on the basis of constitutive elements. It deals with the history, diversity of forms of diakonia and mapping the activities of a particular congregation. The research investigation presents the opinion of four respondent of the Church of the Brethren congregation in Havlíčkův Brod. It seeks to better map and explore ideas related to diakonia within the congregation Teoretická část popisuje diakonii, jako součást Církve na základě konstitutivních prvků. Zabývá se historií, diverzitou forem diakonie a mapováním aktivit konkrétního sboru. Výzkumné šetření přináší názor čtyř členů Sboru Církve bratrské v Havlíčkově Brodě. Snahou je lépe zmapovat a zkoumat myšlenky spojené s diakonií v rámci sboru.

Management of sports clubs

This bachelor thesis on the topic of " Management of sports clubs" focuses on the management of two specific handball clubs, DKH Slavoj Žirovnice and Házená Jindřichův Hradec. The aim of this work is to evaluate the management of the two mentioned clubs and to propose recommendations for improving their current state. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition and clarification of basic concepts in the field of management, sports management, specifics of non-profit organizations, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the sports industry. The practical part focuses on the characterization and analysis of the current state of both clubs through a questionnaire survey for the club players and structured interviews with the club management. Based on the methods used, recommendations are formulated for both clubs, which, if implemented and introduced, can lead to improvements in the functioning of both clubs. The thesis also compares the two clubs, using the bench-marking method for comparison. Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Management sportovních klubů" se zaměřuje na management dvou konkrétních házenkářských klubů, DKH Slavoj Žirovnice a Házené Jindřichův Hradec. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit management dvou zmíněných klubů a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení jejich současného stavu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením a objasněním základních pojmů z oblasti managementu, managementu sportu, specifikami neziskových organizací a dopadem pandemie COVID-19 na sportovní průmysl. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a analýzu současného stavu obou klubů prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření pro hráčky klubů a strukturovaných rozhovorů s vedeními klubů. Na základě využitých metod jsou formulována doporučení pro oba kluby, která při implementaci a zavedení mohou vést ke zlepšení jejich fungování. Práce dále porovnává oba kluby a při porovnávání je využita metoda benchmarkingu.

Evaluation of the Study Programme Economics and Management

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of student's satisfaction in the study programme Economics and Management. In order to assess the current situation, a questionnaire survey was created and sent out via school email to individual students. The research sample consists of 121 students of the evaluated programme. Based on the responses received, suggestions were made in certain areas that should lead to an improvement of the current situation of the programme and thus to a higher level of student satisfaction. A significant part of the suggestions are devoted to courses, specifically changing the syllabus of the less beneficial course, Methods of Information Processing, chosen by students. Among other weaknesses, students ranked the redundancy or analogy of some courses. Attention is also paid to the inclusion of new courses in the curriculum, with Financial Literacy being the most requested course on offer, followed by a course focusing on AI and Crisis Management. Practicum courses were chosen by students as the weakest aspect of the programme and therefore received major attention. Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze spokojenosti studentů studijního programu Ekonomika a management. Pro to, aby bylo možné zhodnotit současnou situaci, bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo rozesláno prostřednictvím školního emailu mezi jednotlivé studenty. Na základě získaných odpovědí byly v určitých oblastech vytvořeny návrhy, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současné situace programu, a tím i k vyšší spokojenosti studentů. Značná část návrhů je věnována předmětům, jako je změna sylabu, či návrhu nových předmětů. Praxe byly voleny studenty jako nejslabší stránkou programu, a proto si při zpracování návrhů získaly zásadní pozornost.

Stock portfolio strategy and analysis of its return and risk

This study focuses on stock portfolio construction strategies to identify optimal approaches for short-term investments and to assess the trade-off between risk and return. One of the five portfolios was constructed by analysing undervalued stocks using the discounted future free cash flow method, which is described in detail in the study. The paper compares the portfolios with their alternatives calculated by maximizing the Sharpe ratio. We evaluate the risk and performance of the portfolios using the Sharpe ratio, Traynor ratio, Jensen's alpha, and Information ratio to determine the effectiveness of the strategies and their applicability in real scenarios. Finally, we discuss whether optimization is a useful tool in portfolio construction. Tato studie se zaměřuje na strategie vytváření akciového portfolia za účelem identifikace optimálních přístupů pro krátkodobé investice a posouzení kompromisu mezi rizikem a výnosem. Jedno z pěti portfolií bylo sestaveno pomocí analyzování podhodnocených akcií metodou diskontování budoucí free cash flow, která je ve studii podrobně popsána. V rámci práce jsou porovnávána portfolia se svými alternativami vypočtenými na základě maximalizace Sharpova poměru. Hodnotíme riziko a výkonnost portfolií pomocí Sharpova poměru, Traynorova poměru, Jensenovy alfy a Informačního poměru, abychom určili efektivitu strategií a jejich aplikovatelnost v reálných scénářích. V závěru diskutujeme zda je optimalizace užitečným nástrojem při konstrukci portfolia.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of stocks, their valuation, stock records, inventory, financial analysis of stocks and accounting of stocks. Information processing was carried out using several methods - guided interview, observation, description, comparison, analysis, and synthesis. These methods were used in the selected accounting unit, which is divided into five divisions. The bachelor thesis is focused on one division. Both internal and external company (division) materials were used for the practical part of the work. Partial results were presented in tables and graphically expressed. A calculation of inventory valuation in the division was carried out using the applied fixed price method with deviation, further weighted arithmetic average variable and the FIFO method. Subsequently, an analysis of the stock records, the entire inventory process and inventory accounting in the selected division was carried out. The division was also evaluated from the point of view of the company's finances, using ratio indicators of inventory turnover and inventory turnover time. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zásob, jejich oceňováním, skladovou evidencí, inventarizací, finanční analýzou zásob a účtováním zásob. Zpracování informací bylo provedeno pomocí několika metod - řízeným rozhovorem, pozorováním, popisem, komparací, analýzou a syntézou. Tyto metody byly použity ve vybrané účetní jednotce, která se rozděluje do pěti divizí. Na jednu divizi je bakalářská práce zaměřena. K praktické části práce byly využity jak interní, tak externí materiály podniku (divize). Dílčí výsledky byly uváděny v tabulkách a graficky vyjádřeny. Byl proveden propočet oceňování zásob v divizi, a to pomocí uplatňované metody pevné ceny s odchylkou, dále váženým aritmetickým průměrem proměnlivým a metodou FIFO. Následně byla uskutečněna analýza skladové evidence zásob, celého procesu inventarizace a účtování zásob ve vybrané divizi. Divize taktéž byla zhodnocena z hlediska financí podniku, a to pomocí poměrových ukazatelů obratu zásob a doby obratu zásob.
