Operative means in the Czech legal order

The thesis is about legislation of operative means in Czech legal order, thus simulated transfer, surveillance of persons and things and using agent. In the beggining of thesis are operative means shown to extensive name operative searching operation and distinguished from support operative means with historical explanation. The thesis also mentions problems with aplication of this means from perspective of law and practical. The author analyzes the concept of police provocation and the relationship of police provocation and reliability tests in the light of existing case law of national and international courts. Marginally work also mentioned the use of operative means with an international element. The author relies exclusively from open sources, publications, technical articles, legislation and case law with regard to the protection of classified information. Práce se zabývá právní úpravou operativně pátracích prostředků v českém právním řádu, tedy předstíranému převodu, sledování osob a věcí a použití agenta. V úvodu práce jsou operativně pátrací prostředky zasazeny pod širší pojem operativně pátrací činnost a odlišeny od podpůrných operativně pátracích prostředků s historickým exkurzem. Práce se rovněž věnuje problémům souvisejícím s aplikací těchto úkonů jak z hlediska právního tak ryze praktického. Autor analyzuje pojem policejní provokace a vztah policejní provokace a zkoušky spolehlivosti ve světle dosavadní judikatury vnitrostátních i mezinárodních soudů. Okrajově je v práci rovněž zmíněno využití operativně pátracích prostředků s mezinárodním prvkem. Autor vychází výhradně z otevřených zdrojů, publikací, odborných článků, právních předpisů a judikatury s ohledem na ochranu utajovaných skutečností.

Design of PID diagram for 40 MW steam turbine with district water heaters.

This Master thesis is focused on a PID diagram I have designed. The diagram features a 40 MW turbine a low pressure heater (LPH), high pressure heaters (HPH) and two district water heaters (DWH). The diagram includes the fittings and equipment needed. Suitable material and DN was chosen for every piperine.
The next part of the Masters thesis is about the specification of a booster pump: this is followed by a section which focused on the calculation of the quantity of condensate created by preheating. Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem funkčního schématu PID strojovny, s turbínou 40MW, NT a VT regenerací a dvěma OTV. Schéma obsahuje potřebné armatury a zařízení. U všech potrubních tras byl určen vhodný materiál a také DN. Součástí diplomové práce je také specifikace zvyšovacího čerpadla topného kondenzátu VTO a výpočet množství kondenzátu vzniklého při prohřevu turbíny.

Teorecital part of the thesis deals with the characterization of the essential components of the examined hybrid material - geopolymer binder, water glass, epoxy resins and micronized phonolite. Experimental work is focused on the preparation of a composite material with a hybrid inorganic-organic matrix and characterization of the prepared material. Diplomová práce se ve své teoretické části věnuje popisu vlastností základních složek zkoumaného hybridního materiálu - geopolymerního pojiva, vodního skla, epoxidové pryskyřice a mikromletého znělce. Experimentální část diplomové práce je zaměřena na přípravu kompozitního materiálu s hybridní anorganicko-organickou matricí a popis vlastností takto připraveného materiálu.

The Ideals of The National Revial in 19th Century. Didactic Application with Focus on Cross-Curricular Approach

The work describes the National Revival in Czech art with didactic applications on the inter-relationships. The first chapter describes the changes that took place in a short period of time very quickly and mentions the first painters and their reaction to national revival. The second chapter deals with four major painters who participated in the enrichment of Fine Arts and the rediscovery of Czech history. I chose Brožík Wenceslaus, Saint Adalbert Hynais Josef Manes and Mikoláše Ales. In the third chapter analyzes the practical use of the information obtained and proposes a number of activation methods. V práci se věnuji tématu Národní obrození v českém výtvarném umění s didaktickými aplikacemi na mezipředmětové vztahy. V první kapitole popisuji změny, které probíhaly v krátkém časovém období velmi rychle a zmiňuji první malíře a jejich reakce na národní obrození. V druhé kapitole se zabývám čtyřmi nejvýznamnějšími malíři, kteří se podíleli na obohacení výtvarného umění a znovuobjevení české historie. Vybrala jsem si Václava Brožíka, Vojtěcha Hynaise, Josefa Mánesa a Mikoláše Alše. Ve třetí kapitole analyzuji praktické využití zjištěných informací a navrhuji řadu aktivizujících metod.

In this dissertation, I discuss a question about it´s constructor. There are probably two options, wich I am trying to prove in this work with evidences. The purpose of this work is evaluation of archeological research from second half of 20th century (1972 - 1974). Results of this research are beeing revisioned here. I came to new conclusions about structure of this castle. The unique source from first half of 16th century was very helpful to statě it´s original structure. At this time the castle was extensively rebuilt by Šikl´s family. On these informations and observatios I am presenting the hypotetical image of this castle. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit význam hradu Königsberg (Kynšperk nad Ohří) ležícího na pomezí historického Chebska a českého státu. Diskutována byla otázka jeho stavebníka. Vzhledem k jeho umístění se nabízejí dvě interpretační možnosti, které se snažím v průběhu práce argumentačně podložit. Podstatnou část práce zabírá vyhodnocení archeologického výzkumu, který proběhl v druhé polovině 20. století (1972 - 1974). Výsledky tohoto archeologického výzkumu jsou podrobeny revizi. Přicházím tak k novým souvislostem týkajících se podoby hradu. K upřesnění stavební podoby byl využit unikátní písemný pramen z první poloviny 16. století dokládající významnou šlikovskou přestavbu hradu. Na základě kombinace těchto poznatků se snažím prezentovat hypotetickou podobu hradního jádra.

Transmission of diagnostic infomation between railway signal and interlocking

The goal of this master thesis was to design and realise system which will be able to transmit diagnostic information about lighting of signal lamp between railway signal and interlocking. The pulse width modulation and amplitude shift keying with modulation frequency 10 kHz was used for this purpose. Eighth order cyclic code secures the transmitted data. This data transfer was successfully verified on metalic lines with a length of 1060 m. The thesis also include references to the cyclic coding and electromagnetic relays and their interaction in signal circuits. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a realizovat systém přenášející diagnostickou informaci o svitu návěstní svítilny mezi železničním návěstidlem a stavědlem. K tomu bylo využito pulsně kódové modulace v kombinaci s amplitudovým klíčováním s nosnou frekvencí 10 kHz. K zabezpečení přenášených informací byl použit cyklický kód osmého řádu. Přenos byl úspěšně ověřen na metalickém vedení o délce 1060 m. Práce také pojednává o cyklickém kódování a elektromagnetických relé a jejich součinnosti v návěstních obvodech.

Sensoric system with microcontroller for medical purposes

This thesis deals with the design and construction of a sensoric system for medical purposes. The system will be used in spiroergometry. The system consists of a sensoric part and of an ECG generator. The sensoric part allows acceleration, magnetic field, temperature and pressure measurements. Sensors are placed on a separated printed circuit board designed with focus on minimal dimensions. The ECG generator is based on external D/A converters connected to a microcontroller. The system can be controlled from personal computer via user applications written in C#. In the thesis there are described hardware and software solutions of the system. Verification of the sensoric part was done by electrodynamic shaker. Signals generated from ECG generator were verified by oscilloscope. Test results are described in a separate chapter. Tato práce pojednává o návrhu a konstrukci senzorického systému pro lékařské aplikace. Systém bude využíván ve spiroergometrii. Systém sestává ze senzorické části a z generátoru EKG signálů. Senzorická část umožňuje měření zrychlení, magnetické indukce, teploty a tlaku. Senzory jsou umístěny na samostatné desce plošného spoje navržené s důrazem na minimální rozměry. Generátor EKG signálů je realizován pomocí externích D/A převodníků připojených k mikrokontroléru. Systém je možné ovládat z osobního počítače pomocí uživatelských aplikací napsaných v jazyce C#. V práci je podrobně popsáno řešení systému z hlediska přístrojového a programového vybavení. Ověření senzorické části systému bylo provedeno pomocí elektrodynamického vibrátoru. Průběhy generované pomocí generátoru EKG signálů byly ověřeny pomocí osciloskopu. Výsledkům testů je věnována samostatná kapitola.

This thesis deals with the design and construction of a device for one-lead ECG signal measurement. The device will be used for experimental measurement on laboratory mice. The first part is involved in ECG signal filtering. It describes the most frequent types of interference in ECG signal measurement and principle of filtering using wavelet transform. ECG signal is measured using integrated circuit ADS1292 for biopotential measurements. According to the use of SD card for storage of measured data the next part deals with the description of SD memory cards and file system FAT16. In the thesis there are described hardware and software solutions of the system. Appendices contain necessary materials for production of the device, specifically the circuit diagram, the design of printed circuit board and partlist. The device allows one-lead ECG signal sampling with sampling frequency 1 kHz and 16 b resolution. Measured data are stored on the memory card in form of a csv file. The module is battery-powered. The main benefit of the thesis is the development of the device used for Holter recording of ECG signal in laboratory environment. An advantage of this solution is above all much lower price than in the case of commercial products. Tato práce pojednává o návrhu a konstrukci autonomního modulu pro snímání EKG
signálu z jednoho svodu. Zařízení má sloužit pro experimentální měření na laboratorních myších. První část práce se zabývá problematikou filtrace EKG signálu. Popisuje nejčastější druhy rušení při snímání EKG signálu a princip filtrace s využitím vlnkové transformace. EKG signál je snímán pomocí integrovaného obvodu ADS1292 pro měření biologických signálů. Vzhledem k využití SD karty pro ukládání naměřených dat je další část práce věnována popisu SD paměťových karet a popisu použitého souborového systému FAT16. V práci je podrobně popsáno řešení systému z hlediska přístrojového a programového vybavení. Přílohy obsahují podklady nutné pro zhotovení zařízení, konkrétně schéma zapojení, návrh desky plošných spojů, osazovací výkres a seznam součástek. Vzniklý modul umožňuje vzorkovat EKG signál z jednoho svodu frekvencí 1 kHz s rozlišením 16 b. Naměřená data jsou ukládána na paměťovou kartu ve formě csv souboru. Modul je bateriově napájen. Hlavním přínosem práce je vznik zařízení pro Holterovo snímání EKG signálu v laboratorním prostředí. Výhodou tohoto řešení je především mnohem nižší cena než v případě nákupu komerčně nabízeného produktu.
