2014 - Czech In this study, we analyze Prague real estates tax. In comparison with other countries, the real estate tax in the Czech Republic and Prague is relatively low. Real estate tax revenues, unlike other tax revenues, do not increase automatically with inflation. V této studii analyzujeme daň z nemovitých věcí v Praze. Daň z nemovitých věcí je v České republice i v Praze v porovnání se zahraničím relativně nízká. Výnosy daně z nemovitých věcí, na rozdíl od ostatních daňových výnosů, automaticky nerostou s inflací. Mapping of government administration: numbers of civil servants and their salaries

2013 - Czech The basis for improving the government's current situation is analysis based on good information and this study therefore provides a basic map of civil servants and related issues. Mapping the number and salaries of civil servants and their development over the last ten years show the problems of budgeting and planning for change. We discuss how to improve government administration. Základem k zlepšení státní správy je analýza stávajícího stavu založená na dobrých informacích a tato studie proto poskytuje základní mapu zaměstnanců státní správy a souvisejících otázek. The example of two groups of commodities, for which the e-auctions are used most, shows their impact on the intensity of competition and the resulting public offer price. Cílem této analýzy je přinést základní evidenci o míře používání e-aukcí při zadávání veřejných zakázek v ČR v letech 2007–2012 a na příkladu dvou skupin komodit, u kterých jsou e-aukce používány nejvíce, ukázat dopady e-aukcí na intenzitu veřejné soutěže a výsledné nabídkové ceny. The profitability of pension system and impact of its reforms on men and women

2012 - Czech Based on a representative database of 7,000 men and women, we calculate the profitability of the pension system for men and women and its changes due to "small" and "large" reform. Profitability is measured using an indicator of pension wealth as the difference between the present value of future pensions and future contributions to the pension system. Profitability for individuals varies according to gender, age, income level and other factors. Na základě reprezentativní databáze 7000 mužů a žen počítáme výnosnost penzijního systému u mužů a žen a její změny v důsledku „malé“ a „velké“ reformy. Výnosnost měříme pomocí ukazatele penzijního bohatství jako rozdíl mezi současnou hodnotou budoucích důchodů a budoucích příspěvků do penzijního systému. Výnosnost se u jednotlivců liší dle pohlaví, věku, velikosti příjmu a dalších faktorů. 2005 - Czech A set of measurements made on cables was submitted to modern probability analyses “broken down” and “survival” that are based on setting of and estimating by a parametric probability model of failures and that enable not only all the data from the sets of measurements but also all the operational information about the measured cables to be used.
