The report assesses the development of the ecological quality index with respect to a fish community in selected reservoirs. The assessment was carried out for reservoirs where fish stocking was sampled in different years and thus it was possible to assess the temporal evolution of this index. The report describes the calculation of the index, the trends in the index for each reservoir and the cause of changes in the index. Zpráva hodnotí vývoj indexu ekologické kvality z hlediska rybí obsádky ve vybraných údolních nádržích. Hodnocení bylo provedeno u nádrží, ve kterých bylo vzorkování rybí obsádky provedeno v různých letech a bylo tak možné hodnotit časový vývoj tohoto indexu. Zpráva popisuje kalkulaci indexu, trendy indexu u jednotlivých nádrží a příčinu jeho změn.

Aim of the complex ichthyological survey of the Lučina Reservoir was to map the current state and succession of lake’s fish stock with particular emphasis put on abundance and biomass estimates of all fish species, evaluation of possible risks to the further development of the fish stock and recommendations for the reservoir management. Summarization of achieved results and recommendations for further monitoring are included in the presented report. Cílem ichtyologického průzkumu nádrže Lučina bylo zmapování stavu a vývoje rybí obsádky, přičemž důraz byl kladen zejména na odhad početnosti a biomasy jednotlivých druhů ryb, na odhad rizik dalšího vývoje rybí obsádky a doporučení dalšího obhospodařování nádrže. Sumarizace dosažených výsledků a návrh doporučení pro další sledování jsou obsahem předkládané zprávy.

The report evaluates the results of a survey focused on weatherfish in the NPP Žehuňský rybník and the surrounding area. During the survey, a large population of weatherfish was found in the tributary part of the pond and the adjacent pool. This finding is essential for future revitalization planning and also significantly expands current knowledge of species distribution. Based on the results of the survey, the local population is one of the most important in the Central Bohemian Region. Zpráva hodnotí výsledku průzkumu zaměřeného na piskoře pruhovaného v NPP Žehuňský rybník a blízkém okolí. V průběhu průzkumu byla zjištěna početná populace piskoře v přítokové části rybníku a přilehlé tůni. Toto zjištění je zásadní pro plánování revitalizačních prací v budoucnu a také významně rozšiřuje aktuální znalost rozšíření druhu. Místní populace patří na základě výsledků průzkumu mezi nejvýznamnější ve Středočeském kraji.

Water scarcity and the quality of fresh water are important global issues, which relate to all areas of human activity. One of the possible ways of reducing water consumption in agriculture is using treated (recycled) wastewater for irrigation. However, when applying recycled wastewater or biosolids to crops, it is necessary to monitor the content of micropollutants. The Summary research report describes the mechanisms of uptake of selected micropollutants (perfluorinated alkyl compounds and pharmaceuticals) by crops during automated irrigation with recycled wastewater. A detailed literature review complemented by experimental data describes micropollutant bioaccumulation in the fruits of several plants, which represent an exposure pathway for humans. Furthermore, the risk of human intake of micropollutants from crops potentially contaminated when grown using this technology is outlined Nedostatek sladké vody a její kvalita jsou celosvětově řešenými otázkami, které se promítají prakticky do všech oblastí lidské činnosti. Jednou z možností, jak snížit spotřebu vody v zemědělství, je opětovné využívání přečištěné (recyklované) odpadní vody k závlahám. Z hlediska kvality potravin je při použití recyklované odpadní vody nebo kalů z ČOV nezbytné průběžně sledovat koncentrace některých mikropolutantů. Souhrnná výzkumná zpráva popisuje mechanismy příjmu vybraných mikropolutantů z řad perfluorovaných látek a léčiv zemědělskými rostlinami v průběhu automatické závlahy přečištěnou odpadní vodou. Obsáhlá literární rešerše doplněná experimentálními daty popisuje bioakumulace v plodech, jejichž konzumací může být mikropolutantům vystaven i člověk. Dále je nastíněno riziko příjmu mikropolutantů z potenciálně kontaminovaných plodů rostlin pěstovaných za použití této technologie.

The report describes the results of an ichthyofauna survey in two areas of the Šumava National Park, where catches were made by an electric generator in the spring of 2021. This is the first direct evidence of natural reproduction of brown trout in the parts previously heavily affected by acidification. Zpráva popisuje výsledky průzkumu ichtyofauny ve dvou oblastech Národního parku Šumava, kde byly provedeny odlovy elektrickým agregátem na jaře 2021. Jedná se o první přímý důkaz přirozené reprodukce pstruha obecného v části dříve silně zasažené acidifikací.

The research report will serve as a basis for evaluating the impact of microclimate on forest regeneration, protected species and forest habitats. Výsledek má především dokumentační a podpůrnou roli pro další využití hlavního výsledku - mikroklimatické mapy. Dokumentuje podmínky jejího vzniku a obsahuje další cenná data.Výzkumná zpráva poslouží jako podklad pro vyhodnocení vlivu mikroklimatu na obnovu lesních porostů, chráněné druhy a lesní biotopy.
