For the purpose of development of precision instruments and measuring methods based on optical principles there is an analysis of the measurement uncertainties and error sources made. Experimental verification of derived dependencies is done. In conclusion summarization of a series of recommendations to minimize measurement uncertainties is made. Pro účely vývoje přesných měřidel a měřících metod založených na optických principech je provedena analýza vlivu nejistot měření a zdrojů chyb. Je provedeno experimentální ověření odvozených závislostí. V závěru je shrnuta řada doporučení pro minimalizaci nejistot měření. Simulation of optical system of deposition controller

The report describes results of modeling of optical system which is component of optical monitoring system applied on machines for vacuum thin film deposition. Results were compared to real behavior of system, especially chromatic properties and total throughput. A numerical optimization, based on analysis results, was performed in order to improve throughput and ruggedness of the system. Zpráva popisuje výsledek modelování stávajícího vysílací a přijímací optické soustavy systému pro monitorování procesu vakuové depozice. Výsledek je diskutován s pozorovanými vlastnostmi systému, zejména chování pro různé vlnové délky a optická propustnost. Na základě analýzy je provedena matematická optimalizace nastavení komponent systému s cílem zlepšení výkonu a robustnosti. Preliminary design of imaging system without zoom

The aim of the report is to provide the preliminary design and simulations of an imaging system without zoom in accordance to the provided mechanical dimensions. The simulations will result in spot diagrams for various field objects. Finally, the optical transmission efficiency for optical design will be provided. All designed systems will be discussed with respect to their simulated performances and recommendation for final selected system will be provided. The study concludes with an analysis of possible measurement solutions droop horizontal spindle machine tool load. Were analyzed using optical methods deflection of the laser beam and analysis of the beam pattern on the screen two cameras. Was also analyzed autocollimation method. The study also includes oprické simulation situation made ​​Zemax environment and mathematical calculations deflection, motion track and the estimated sensitivity Studie shrnuje analýzu možných řešení měření svěšení vřetene horizontálního obráběcího stroje při zatížení nástrojem. Analyzovány byly optické metody využívající deflexe laserového svazku a analýzy stopy svazku na stínítku dvojice kamer. Byla též analyzována autokolimační metoda. Součástí studie jsou i oprické simulace situace provedené v prostředí Zemax a matematické výpočty deflexe, pohybu stopy a odhadované citlivosti.
