The present result (VJ01010065-V1) of the project Express and portable detection of banned compounds using innovative techniques: flexible and chiral SERS, selective surface extraction, neural networks (VJ01010065), provides detailed information on the synthesis of modifiers - helicenes, which will be further utilized for the modification of SERS active surfaces within the project. \nThe report is a planned output of the WP1b stage, which was implemented in the period 1/2021 - 12/2021 according to the project documentation.\n\n Předkládaný výsledek (VJ01010065-V1) projektu Expresní a portativní detekce zakázaných sloučenin s použitím inovativních technik: flexibilní a chirální SERS, selektivní povrchová extrakce, neuronové sítě (VJ01010065), podává podrobné informace o syntéze modifikátorů – helicenů, které budou v dalším \nřešení projektu využity pro modifikaci SERS aktivních povrchů. \nZpráva je plánovaným výstupem etapy WP1b, jejíž realizace probíhala v období 1/2021 – 12/2021 dle projektové dokumentace.\n

Ecophysiology of the most important bark beetles on Scots pine in the Czech Republic

The report summarizes information on overwintering, fecundity, flight activity and developmental rate of bark beetles infesting Scots pines in Central Bohemia, Vysočina and South Moravia. The occurrence of pseudogamous reproduction in the sharp-dentated bark beetle, Ips acuminatus, was studied in detail. Zpráva shrnuje informace o přezimování, plodnosti, letové aktivitě a rychlosti vývoje několika druhů kůrovcovitých na borovici lesní na lokalitách ve středních Čechách, na Vysočině a na jižní Moravě. U lýkožrouta vrcholkového, Ips acuminatus, byla podrobně studována četnost pseudogamního rozmnožování na výše zmíněných lokalitách.

Complex survey of the fish stock of Lake Most in 2020.

Aim of the complex ichthyological survey of Lake Most was to map the current state and succession of lake’s fish stock with particular emphasis put on abundance and biomass estimates of all fish species, evaluation of possible risks to the further development of the fish stock and recommendations for the lake management. Summarization of achieved results and recommendations for further monitoring are included in the presented report. Cílem ichtyologického průzkumu jezera Most bylo zmapování stavu a vývoje rybí obsádky, přičemž důraz byl kladen zejména na odhad početnosti a biomasy jednotlivých druhů ryb, na odhad rizik dalšího vývoje rybí obsádky a doporučení dalšího obhospodařování jezera. Sumarizace dosažených výsledků a návrh doporučení pro další sledování jsou obsahem předkládané zprávy.

The limnological measurement and research of periphyton and aquatic macrophytes were conducted in the framework of 'Strategy AV 21, post-mining landscape restoration' in 2020. Despite the good ecological potential in Lakes Milada and Most, there are several indications of possible future deterioration of water quality (e.g., the occurrence of subsurface cyanobacterial maxima in Lake Most, excessive growth of periphyton mats in both lakes, strong bottom anoxia in Lake Milada). Zpráva shrnuje výsledky limnologických měření a výzkumu perifytonu a vodních makrofyt probíhajícího v rámci programu Strategie AV 21, Záchrana a obnova krajiny v roce 2020. Ačkoli jakost vody v jezera Most a Milada odpovídá dobrému ekologickému potenciálu, zaznamenali jsme náznaky možného budoucího zhoršení (např. výskyt podpovrchových sinicových maxim v jezeře Most, nadměrný rozvoj nárostových řas v obou jezerech, výskyt anoxie u dna v jezeře Milada).

The report summarizes results of the five years lasting experiment on the developmental rate, fecundity and lifespan of the large pine weevils, which developed and have been fed with various conifer species. Zpráva shrnuje informace o rychlosti vývoje, plodnosti a délce života klikorohů borových, kteří byli chováni na různých druzích jehličnatých dřevin. Vzhledem k dlouhověkosti modelového druhu jde o výsledky pětiletého experimentu.
