Open source for digital library

The aim of the article is to discuss usability of available open source software for digital library. It informs about state of the world most known and used solutions. Author is focused in detail on features of Czech open source system for digital library Kramerius, which is developed in cooperation of Czech National Library, Academy of Sciences Library and IT company Qbizm technologies Článek se zaměřuje na využití open source systémů pro digitální knihovnu. Informuje o stavu ve světě nejznámějších a nejvyužívanějších řešení. Podrobně se věnuje popisu vlastností českého open source systém Kramerius, který je vyvíjen ve spolupráci Národní knihovny ČR, Knihovny AV ČR, v. v. i. a firmy Qbizm technologies, a.s. Autor nabízi možnost orientace v dostupných open source řešeních, popíše vlastnosti některých vybraných systémů a informuje o současných instalacích.
