The report summarizes the activities of the Laboratory of the National Time and Frequency Standard- CMI Associated Laboratory provided in the field of "Time and Frequency Calibration Services" to elaborate the Czech CMC table and to submit in to the BIPM KCDB database. Software for measuring secondary luminiscation is described. Software can switch power grades of heating and can gain actual temperature from Eurotherm controller. Výzkumná zpráva popisuje software pro automatické měření sekundární luminescence. Jsou popsány programy pro automatické měření i procedury pro řízení přístrojů zapojených do měřícího řetězce, zejména ovládání regulátoru teploty Eurotherm a přepínání výkonových stupňů vytápění. The PC control unit for measurement of optical spectra through spectrometer Oriel is described. The analog data from optical detectors are converted to digital form and stored in HDD of PC machine. Je popsán řídící systém spektrometru ORIEL. Řídící systém programově ovládá pohon interferenční mřížky spektrometru a tím provádí výběr vlnové délky průchozího světla. Preparation and properties of pyroelectric detectors for optoelectronic applications /III

The single crystals of TGS doped with Pt-ions and with L-alanine were grown as in ferroelectric phase as the full-shaped crystals. The growth rate along the axis c of the doped crystals is much higher than in an undoped one. Morphology, domain structure and hysteresis loops were investgated. The effect of the dopant on the growth velocity is explained on the basis of catalytic action of platinum complexes. The pyroelectric detectors were prepared from these materials and their parameters are presented. Ve výzkumné zprávě je popsána technologie přípravy jednodoménových směsných monokrystalů síranu triglycinia a L-alaninu, legovaných komplexotvornými ionty platiny. Plnoploché monokrystaly byly pěstovány z nízkoteplotního roztoku metodou řízeného snižování teploty. Získané materiály byly testovány z hlediska morfologie, doménové struktury a základních ferroelektrických vlastností. Ze zhotovených monokrystalických výbrusů, orientovaných kolmo k ferroelektrické ose byly ve spolupráci s a.s. TESLA BLATNÁ připraveny čtvercové detektory záření a testovány jejich fyzikální a provozní vlastnosti. Zpráva dále obsahuje rozbor možností aplikace připravených detektorů v systémech pro detekci plynů, které mohou nalézt uplatnění v chemii, ekologii a v bezpečnostních vojenských aplikacích. Chromatic dispersion measurement of optical fibres using interferometric technique

Research report deals with measurement of chromatic dispersion of singlemode optical fibres using interferometric technique at IREE AS CR in Prague.
