Emergence spillways are very important for phosphorus catchment balance. Our measurememnts showed that one storm rainfall brings to the recipient so much phosphorus like two months of general inlet. Therefore, it is necessary to change sampling methods and plans. Odlehčovací komory jsou důležité pro bilance fosforu v povodí. Dle našich naměřených zkušeností přináší jedna přívalová srážka do recipientu tolik fosforu jako dva měsíce standardního přítoku. Proto je nutné změnit vzorkovací metody a odběrové plány. The state of the Natural Regeneration in Bavarian Forest National Park, 10 Years after the Total Death Parent Stands

The presented research is focused on the state of natural regeneration (Norway spruce and Rowan), 10 years after total death of parent stands in the core untouched part Bavarian Forest National Park. The 16 permanent plots 40m x 40m are located on the southeast of Bavaria. We determined exact height, size of the last height increment, condition and species of trees. Number of saplings were counted and classified by heights. These number ranged from 53 to 17276 saplings per hectare. The spruce species composition was 96.7%. The height structure of spruce shows that almost 73% found spruce trees reached heights greater than 0.5 m. The average height increment increased with increasing height of saplings. This paper presents state of natural regeneration in mountain spruce forests in Bavarian Forest National Park without the human influence in summer 2010, 10 years after total death of parent stands. The Regeneration Stand and HeighIncrement 10 Years after a Dieback Caused by Bark Beetle Outbreak

In 1990s the bark beetle outbreak caused a dieback of mountain spruce forest in Sumava National Park. We analyzed structure of mature stands and natural regeneration more than 10 years after a dieback in 1998. After that forests have been left without human interventions. Nine square plots (400 m(2)) were measured by technology FiledMap. It was examined: trees, snags, stumps and regeneration. Tree layer is completely destroyed, there are only standing stumps, snags and lying logs. There are any mature trees. The dominant species was spruce (Picea abies), only one living rowan (Sorbus aucuparia) was on P60. There were only 25 livings trees higher than 3 m on all plots together. In regeneration density was dominant spruce - 97 %, rowan was represented with 4 %. The number of regeneration differed between plots and covers variation in density which ranched between 1260 12000 ind/ha. Height of regeneration has normal distribution with mean 46 cm, which agrees with age of 10 years. This indicates majority of regeneration established before or in time of stand decomposition. Striking was minimal rate of young individuals, which means lower generative restoration in phase after dieback of tree layer. Height increment increases with increasing height of regeneration. Dishwashers as an important source of phosphorus of wastewaters

In presence one of the main and most important source of phosphorus in wastewaters are washing substances from dishwashers. They content more than 15 % of phosphates. We make analyses of 17 substances from our market. It was found, thet more than 1/3 content about 30% phosphates. Dishwashers are very important sours of phosphorus for surface watrs. V současné době již nejsou jedním z významných zdrojů fosfátů ve splaškových vodách prací prostředky, ale prostředky do myček na nádobí, které jich obsahují ve většině případů více jak 15 %. V letošním roce jsme provedli srovnání 17 druhů mycích prostředků běžně dostupných na našem trhu. Ukázalo se, že třetina z vybraných obsahuje dokonce více jak 30% fosfátů. I když právě zveřejněná novela zákona o vodách pod číslem 150/2010, která bude platit od srpna 2010 stále povoluje prádelnám detergenty s obsahem fosforu (a jde o tuny), myčky na nádobí patří díky svému rozšíření k nezanedbatelným zdrojům fosforu v povrchových vodách. Appropriate technology for recycling of phosphorus from surface water and wastewater

There were identified the sources of phosphorus, which should be used to maximize the recycling procedures. To achieve these improvements new recycling technologies were introduced. Currently, there are quite a wide range of technology solutions, where every solution has its pros and cons. And no technology shows itself as clearly the best solution. However in the modern world are technologies focused on recycling procedures of phosphorus in the form of struvite and processing of sewage sludge. While for developing countries appears to be the most appropriate technology based on the separation of urine and manure from livestock. Byly identifikovány zdroje fosforu, jež by měly sloužit k co nejefektivnější recyklaci a zároveň byly představeny technologie, které by měly onu recyklaci zabezpečit. V současné době existuje poměrně široká škála technologických řešení, z nichž všechny mají své klady a zápory a žádná technologie nevyznívá jako jednoznačně nejlepší řešení. Ve vyspělém světě se nicméně technologie soustřeďují na recyklaci fosforu ve formě struvitu a zpracování čistírenského kalu, zatímco pro rozvojové země se jeví jako nejvhodnější technologie založené na separaci moči nebo kejdy z hospodářských zvířat. Water bloom (WB) is a global problem that is particularly closely linked with increased inputs of phosphorus to surface waters.. The subsequent accumulation of nutrients in the tank for the development not only of cyanobacteria in the water column, but also their survival in resting stages in the sediment. The quantity (amount) of inoculum (source) of cyanobacteria in the sediments is the primary factor, along with nutrient and climatic conditions, correlates with the resulting amount of algae in the water column during the summer season. Cyanobacterial resting stages in sediments require specific conditions for survival, which moreover genus from the genus (or species), cyanobacteria differ. Knowledge of the life cycle of cyanobacteria is therefore an essential prerequisite for starting a guide to environmentally friendly, with the current low cost of funds, limit the development of WB. Vodní květy sinic (VKS) jsou celosvětový problém, který je úzce spjat především se zvýšeným vnosem fosforu do povrchových vod. Následná akumulace živin v nádržích umožňuje rozvoj sinic nejenom ve vodním sloupci, ale především jejich přežívání v klidových stádiích v sedimentu. Kvantita (množství) inokula (zdroje) sinic v sedimentech je primární faktor, který současně s živinovými a klimatickými poměry, koreluje s výsledným množstvím sinic ve vodním sloupci během letní sezóny. Klidová stádia sinic v sedimentech vyžadují pro přežívání specifické podmínky, které se navíc rod od rodu (příp. druhu) sinice liší. Znalost životních cyklů sinic je tedy základním výchozím předpokladem a vodítkem jak šetrně ekologicky, se současným minimem vynaložených finančních prostředků, omezit rozvoj VKS. A new fluorometer AOM (Algae Online Monitor) for the quantification of phytoplankton in raw water was tested on different localities. The AOM was serviceable in the variable field conditons. Because of low limit of detection and due the work in continuous mode with remote GSM data transfer to laboratory, the device is suitable for early warning system. Na různých lokalitách byl testován nově vyvinutý fluorometer AOM (Algae Online Monitor) stanovující obsah fytoplanktonu ve vodě. Fluorometer byl provozuschopný v různých podmínkách. Díky nízkému detekčnímu limitu a provozu v kontinuálním on-line modu s dálkovým přenosem dat do laboratoře může přístroj sloužit jako early warning system proti masovému rozvoji sinic.
