Web Survey to improve teaching at the college. Due to the increasing number of renegade students is needed to know why it happens so this phenomenon could be easier to eliminate. After logging in the user is verifyed via LDAP protocol, where the user is teacher or student, then system finds his subjects from the STAG with webservices, if user teacher he will fill out the questionnaire,where he outline conditions for the fulfillment of individual subjects. If a user is a student, he judges whether a teacher has met the conditions and filled questionnaire according to how is student satisfied with the subjects. All data are processed, and then they are made into simple statistics and exported into the required formats. the application is prepared for the Department of Computer Science and after minor customizations it can be used in other faculties. Webový dotazník pro zlepšení výuky na vysoké škole. Z důvodu zvětšujícího se počtu odpadlých studentů je potřeba zjistit, proč se tak děje, aby se tento jev mohl snáze eliminovat. Po přihlášení se ověří uživatel pomocí protokolu LDAP, uživatel je vyučující nebo student, zjistí se ze stagu jeho předměty pomocí webservices, je-li uživatel učitel, vyplní dotazník, kde uvede podmínky pro splnění jednotlivých předmětů. Pokud je uživatel student, ohodnotí jestli učitel splnil podmínky a vyplní, jak je s předměty spokojen. Veškerá data se zpracují, následně se z nich vytvoří jednoduché statistické údaje a vyexportují se do potřebných formátů. Aplikace je připravena na katedře informatiky a po lehkých úpravách ji bude možné použít i na jiných fakultách.

This thesis deals with health promotion programs in the workplace. The main part is focused on the process of implementation and progress of health promotion programs in the workplace. Analyses carried out in selected organizations will specifically describe the current state of health promotion programs and detect weaknesses in program implementation strategies for health promotion. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou programů podpory zdraví na pracovišti. Hlavní část se je zaměřena na procesy zavádění a průběh programů podpory zdraví na pracovišti. Analýzy provedené ve vybraných organizacích pak konkrétně popisují momentální stav programů podpory zdraví a odhalují slabá místa ve strategiích implementace programu podpory zdraví
