2015 - Czech
In this work the organic compounds and organic markers used for the identification of sources of aerosols were measured. Monosaccharide anhydrides and resin acids (emissions from biomass combustion) and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (emissions from traffic and incomplete combustion) were observed especially. Hopanes, steranes (traffic, coal combustion) and alkanes were next groups of analysed organic compounds. V této práci byly měřeny organické sloučeniny a markery, které slouží pro identifikaci zdrojů atmosférických aerosolů. Byly analyzovány anhydridy monosacharidů (emise ze spalování biomasy), polyaromatické uhlovodíky (emise z dopravy a nedokonalého spalování), hopany a sterany (doprava, spalování uhlí) a alkany. Kolorosová, A.; Linhart, O.; Kratzer, Jan; Červený, V.
2015 - Czech
Extraction of selected mercury compounds (Hg+II, methylmercury, ethylmercury and phenylmercury) is studied using fish tissue samples. HPLC is employed for speciation, whereas UV-photochemical cold vapor generation coupled to atomic absorption is used for detection. Práce se zabývá extrakcí studovaných specií rtuti (Hg+II, methylrtuť, ethylrtuť a fenylrtuť) z tkání ryb a jejich stanovením pomocí HPLC, UV-fotochemického generování studené páry Hg a AAS s křemennou detekční trubicí (RP-HPLC-UV-CVG-QTAAS). Keywords: speciation analysis; mercury Available in digital repository of the ASCR

SMV-2015-706: Tests of apparatus for determination of 3H and 14C in air
Večeřa, Zbyněk
2015 - Czech
Testing of ”V3H14C” apparatus designed for 3H and 14C sampling from the air. The samples are captured into sorbents, silica gel for 3H (THO, T2O), and sodium hydroxide for 14C (14CO2) that are subsequently in laboratory analyzed for quantification of radioactive emissions of 3H and 14C from nuclear power plants e.g. Testování a vývoj zařízení řady ”V3H14C”, která jsou určena k odběru vzorků 3H a 14C ze vzduchu. Analýzou zjištěné hodnoty aktivit odebraných vzorků slouží ke stanovení bilance vypouštěného 3H a 14C např. z jaderných zařízení. Keywords: testing; air; radioactive emissions Available on request at various institutes of the ASCR

2014 - Czech
Urban aerosol particles in the size fraction PM1 collected in Brno and Šlapanice in winter and summer campaigns in 2009 and 2010 were analysed for ions and metals. Statistical analysis of chemical composition of PM1 aerosols by using a factor analysis was applied to identify emission sources of urban aerosols in Brno and Šlapanice. Atmosférické aerosoly frakce PM1 odebrané v průběhu zimních a letních kampaní v roce 2009 a 2010 v Brně a Šlapanicích byly analyzovány na obsah kovů a iontů. Statistická analýza chemického složení PM1 aerosolů použitím faktorové analýzy byla využita při identifikaci emisních zdrojů PM1 aerosolů v Brně a Šlapanicích. SMV-2014-719: Measurement of nanoparticles in air
Mikuška, Pavel
2014 - Czech
The study focused on the impact of inhaled nanoparticles on the health status of basic and secondary school pupils based on the measurements of concentration and size distribution of nanoparticles in the air using an aerosol spectrometer SMPS. The nanoparticles were measured in two schools in two small towns and in three schools in Brno. Traffic intensity in near vicinity of schools and children's health asthma problems were investigated too. Keywords: nanoparticles, health effect, vehicle emission Available on request at various institutes of the ASCR
