The contribution focuses on the features of problems from the Mathematical Olympiad which should distinguish them from usual problems from mathematics lessons. The author illustrates his considerations by the analysis of recent MO problems proposed by himself. Příspěvek je zamyšlením autora nad otázkou, jaké rysy by měly odlišovat úlohy matematické olympiády od úloh z běžných hodin školské matematiky. The paper deals with the unusual mode of representation using forms of dramatization. Geometrical objects are personified in sketches and recognized on the basic of predictors in their speeches. Some examples of sketches where the geometrical solids and figures appear are presented. Článek pojednává o neobvyklém způsobu reprezentace užitím prvků dramatizace. Geometrické útvary jsou ve scénkách personifikovány a rozpoznávány na základě indicií v jejich promluvách. Je uvedeno několik příkladů etud, ve kterých vystupují geoemtrická tělesa a obrazce. In the contribution meaningful role of systematic carrying out of self-reflection and common reflection in the professional development of teachers. Reflection and action research are shown as key items in the development of subject-didactic and pedagogical competences of teachers and in improvement of quality of mathematics education and teaching. The base of contribution is a video recording of realisation of teaching experiments designed by teachers themselves. V příspěvku je zdůrazněna významná role systematického provádění sebereflexí a kolektivních reflexí v profesním rozvoji učitele. Reflexe a akční výzkum jsou ukázány jako klíčové prvky v rozvíjení oborově didaktické i pedagogické kompetence učitele a tím i ve zkvalitňování vyučování matematice. Východiskem jsou videozáznamy z realizace vyučovacích experimentů navržených učiteli. The teachers should systematically cultivate their competences. In submitted contribution we deal with improvement of teacherďs subject-didactical and pedagogical/psychological competences. Our considerations are based on samples of teachin experiments and following collective reflection of teachers and researchers. Vycházíme z přesvědčení, že učitelé by měli systematicky rozvíjet své kompetence. V tomto příspěvku se zabýváme zkvalitňováním oborově-didaktické a pedologické (Helus) kompetence učitelů prostřednictvím kolektivní reflexe. Základem našich úvah jsou příklady vyučovacích experimentů a následné kolektivní reflexe.
