Structural characterization of PET fiber-reinforced cement-based composite

2007 - Czech The Raman microspectroscopy mapping technique, nanoindentation and environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) in combination with microanalysis (EDX), and electron diffraction (EBSD-OIM)were successfully used to study of the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) around polyethylene terephtalate (PET) reinforcement in concrete. Kontaktní zóna mezi PET mikrovýztuží a cementovou matricí představuje kritické místo rozhodující o výsledné pevnosti kompozitu. Mikrostruktura, chemické a mineralogické složení bylo stanoveno Ramanovy mikrospektroskopie, metody nanoindentace, elektronové mikroskopie a mikroanalýzy. ca 25 µm. Brittle behaviour of composites with basalt fibres after exposition in hot air

2007 - Czech Composites with matrix from partially pyrolysed polysiloxane resin and continuous basalt fibres become brittle after exposition to air at 650-750°C. One of possible reasons is a structural transformation of the fibres connected with formation at these temperatures of crystalline phases. Kompozity s matricí z částečně pyrolyzované polysiloxanové pryskyřice vyztužené čedičovými vlákny se stávají křehkými po expozici ve vzduchu při 650-750°C. Možnou příčinou je strukturní transformace vláken spojená s tvorbou krystalických fází při těchto teplotách. 2007 - Czech Biotite of the Třebíč pluton could be divided into four varieties with variable Fe/Mg ratios. Biotites of durbachites and basic enclaves are enriched of eastonite component, biotites of biotite- and garnet-biotite granites are enriched of siderophyllite component. Biotity třebíčského plutonu lze rozdělit na základě poměru Fe/Mg do čtyř skupin. Biotity durbachitů jsou typické vyšším obsahem eastonitové molekuly, biotity biotitických a granát-biotitických granitů jsou siderofylity. 2007 - Czech Monitored GPS data were processed by the Bernese software to find probable Earth surface motions between individual observatories of the geodynamic permanent network GEONAS. Monitorovaná GPS data byla zpracována softwarem Bernese za účelem nalezení pravděpodobných pohybů zemského povrchu mezi jednotlivými observatořemi geodynamické permanentní sítě GEONAS.
