V práci je prezentována stručná rešerše metod pořı́zenı́ multispektrálnı́ho a hyperspektrálnı́ho obrazu, aplikacı́ hypespektrálnı́ho snı́mkovánı́ a základnı́ch metod jeho zpracovánı́. V závěru práce je podán přehled nalezených knihoven prozpracovánı́ hyperspektrálnı́ho obrazu v jazycı́ch Matlab a Python.\n This report presents brief overview of multispectral and hyperspectral image acquisition methods, of applications of hyperspectral imaging and of basic methods of hyperspectral image processing. In the final part, we present an overview of Matlab and Python software libraries for hyperspectral image processing.

Sort Program for Real Keys with Linear Time Complexity

In this report we present a program for sorting data structures with sorting keys as real numbers, i.e. of type "real" or "float". The basis of the program is a modification of the countingsort algorithm for reals (instead of integers). It uses a comparision-type sorting for small part of data set given. The time complexity of this part of program can be bounded by linear function of n and thus, the total time complexity is also O(n) for n data items.

Revize implicitní grupy radionuklidů a rozšíření o typické postulované mimořádné úniky ze skladů vyhořelého paliva. bylo provedeno rozšíření databáze radionuklidů systému HARP o další nejdůležitější dlouhodobé radionuklidy. V zásadě se jednalo o výběr štěpných a aktivačních produktů a dále o transurany ze skupiny aktinidů. Jsou konstatovány velké neurčitosti v odhadech zdrojových členů úniku pro případy vyhořelého paliva. Je provedeno vzájemné srovnání pro obálkové scénáře s výsledky evropského environmentálního kódu COSYMA pro rozšířenou grupu transuranů.. Analysis of implicit group of radionuclides and its extension included nuclides with long half-llive of decay. Selection from spent fuel inventories. Selection from fision products, transurans an actinide group. Estimation of possible uncertainties. Comparison analysis is done betřween HARP and European COSYMA codes.

Využití holografie pro měření a charakterizaci povrchu

Tento výzkum je zaměřen na využití digitální holografie pro měření tvaru optických a jiných ploch. Pro první experimenty jsme použili standardní metodu dvojvlnné holografické interferometrie. Ta posloužila jako reference. Hlavním zaměřením je však Frequency Sweeping Digital Holography (FSDH) neboli skenovací digitální holografie, která využívá plynule přeladitelných DFB laserových diod. Přesnost této metody lze dále vylepšit spojením měření z více vlnových délek - více diod. Při spojení je možno pomocí této metody dosáhnout přesnosti až 2 µm. This research focuses on the use of digital holography for measuring the shape of optical and other surfaces. For the first experiments, we used a standard double-wave holographic interferometry method. This served as a reference. However, the main focus is Frequency Sweeping Digital Holography (FSDH), or scanning digital holography, which utilizes fluently translatable DFB laser diodes. The accuracy of this method can be further improved by combining measurements from multiple wavelengths - multiple diodes. When combined, this method can achieve accuracy of up to 2 μm.

Za účelem ověření napěťo-deformačních projevů dobývání metodou chodba-pilíř v hloubce až 900 m pod povrchem byl implementován rozsáhlý systém geotechnického monitoringu a sledování deformací a pohybu povrchu. Na základě výsledků napěťo-deformačního monitoringu byla provedena podrobná analýza stability chodeb z hlediska konvergence, deformačního chování okolního horninového masivu a funkce použité výztuže ve dvou sledovaných oblastech s rozdílnými geologickými i provozními podmínkami. In order to verify the stress-strain state of mining using the room and pillar method at a depth of up to 900 m below the surface, an extensive system of geotechnical monitoring and observation of deformations and surface movement was implemented. Based on the results of the stress-strain monitoring, detailed analysis of roadway stability from the point of view of the convergence, deformation behavior of the surrounding rock mass and the function of the reinforcement used in the two monitored areas with different geological and operational conditions was carried out.

Simulations of Prague quarter Dejvice were performed with newly developed urban climate model PALM-4U based on LES model PALM. The modelling domain has extent 1000 x 800 m and the resolution of the model was 2 m. Two 24 hours episodes were simulated. The summer episode was intended to assess mainly the UHI effects and the winter episode to assess mainly the air quality issues. Two variants were simulated - the current real situation and the scenario with considered new buildings in the area of Victory Square (Vítězné náměstí). Some comments of the ressults are appended at the end of the report.

Publikování dezinformací na webu hraje stále větší roli, proto vyvstává otázka, jak takovému obsahu čelit, a nebo na jeho potenciální závadnost alespoň upozornit. Propaganda využívá dezinformací k relativizaci skutečností, jejichž popis se snaží většinou nepřímo zpochybnit. Příspěvek formou případové studie v konkrétní kauze formálně popisuje výroky prezentované v článcích publikovaných na webu a to včetně účelu jejich publikování, všímá si některých zajímavých aspektů prezentovaných dezinformací a hledá model pro jejich popis. Cílem příspěvku je informovat o vznikající datové sadě a ilustrovat základní použité dezinformační techniky včetně důsledků jejich použití. The paper presents a case study of the propaganda usage on a real cause of double agent Sergei Skripal. The formal model describing statements published in web articles is announced and particular interesting aspects of used disinformation are provided together with the reasons, why the disinformation is published. The paper is aimed at the presentation of the data collection to have been created and provides a brief discussion on the used propaganda techniques.

In order to verify the stress-strain manifestations of the corridor-pillar excavation at a depth of up to 900 m below the surface, an extensive system of geotechnical monitoring and observation of deformations and surface movement was implemented. Based on the results of the stress-strain monitoring, detailed analysis of corridor stability from the point of view of the convergence, deformation behavior of the surrounding rock mass and the function of the reinforcement used in the two monitored areas with different geological and operational conditions was carried out.

Předpokladem práce s mikrokontrolery je pochopení základních principů jejich komunikace s okolím a možné způsoby jejich programování. Mikrokontroler ESP8266 je jedním z nejznámějších obvodů používaných v aplikacích pro internet věcí. Jednou z vývojových platforem, která se o ESP8266 opírá, je modulární systém Wemos D1 mini, který umožňuje přímou komunikaci s PC prostřednictvím USB portu a disponuje dostatkem vstupních a výstupních periférií pro stavbu jednoduchých IoT zařízení. Pro programování je použito vývojové prostředí ArduinoIde. Tento tutorial provede úplného začátečníka od instalace software až k sestavení termostatu pro spínání silové zátěže. Prerequisite of working with microcontrollers is understanding the basic principles of their communication with the environment and possible ways of their programming. The ESP8266 microcontroller is one of the most popular chips used in Internet of things applications. Wemos D1 mini is one of development platforms behind the ESP8266,which allows direct communication with the PC via a USB port and has plenty of input and output peripherals to build simple IoT devices. The ArduinoIde development environment is used for programming. The thermostatic switch is made as a result of this tutorial.
