2024 - Czech Over the past decade, scientific research has focused on the intricate relationship between the human microbiome and the immune system. A particular emphasis in the last three years has been on investigating the impact of the microbiome on the susceptibility and severity of COVID- 19 infections. There is substantial evidence suggesting that the consumption of fermented foods, ranging from fermented vegetables and kefir to yogurt and kimchi, has a beneficial effect on the composition of the intestinal microbiome and, consequently, on the function of the immune system. This study, part of a bachelor's thesis, explores the complex association between regular consumption of fermented foods and the frequency of infectious diseases. Through the analysis of data obtained from a questionnaire, it was found that individuals who regularly incorporated fermented products into their diet exhibited a lower frequency of infectious diseases over the past two years. These results indicate that the consumption of probiotics and prebiotics may positively influence the immune system, reducing the risk of disease. Regarding the examination of the relationship between the consumption of probiotics from food sources and the frequency of COVID-19 infections, a contrasting observation emerged. Those who were fully... Během poslední dekády se vědecký výzkum zaměřil na složitý vztah mezi lidským mikrobiomem a imunitním systémem. Zvláštní pozornost v posledních třech letech přitahovala otázka vlivu mikrobiomu na náchylnost a závažnost infekcí COVID-19. Existuje mnoho spolehlivých důkazů naznačujících, že konzumace fermentovaných potravin, od kvašené zeleniny a kefíru po jogurt a kimchi, má příznivý vliv na složení střevního mikrobiomu a tím i na funkci imunitního systému. Tato studie, jež je součást bakalářské práce, zkoumá složitý vztah mezi pravidelnou konzumací fermentovaných potravin a četností infekčních onemocnění. Na základě analýzy dat získaných z dotazníku bylo zjištěno, že jedinci, kteří pravidelně začleňovali fermentované produkty do své stravy, měli nižší četnost infekčních onemocnění během posledních dvou let. Tyto výsledky naznačují, že konzumace probiotik a prebiotik může pozitivně ovlivnit imunitní systém a snížit riziko onemocnění. Co se týče zkoumaní vztahu konzumace probiotik z potravinových zdrojů a frekvence onemocnění COVID-19, naopak se ukázalo že ti, kteří byli očkováni v plném rozsahu a konzumovali probiotika z potravin, byli častěji nemocní než ti, kteří byli očkováni v plném rozsahu, ale nekonzumovali probiotika. Pojetí "sunnitské ortodoxie" prizmatem dvou současných autorit šádhilíjského súfíjského řádu

2024 - English This thesis discusses the defining of "Sunnī orthodoxy" (The Arabic term is Ahl al-Sunna wa al-Jamāʻa.) of two contemporary authorities of the Shādhilī Ṣūfī Order, one of the most important Ṣūfī orders in the Muslim world. Special attention is given to the analysis of their understanding of Islamic Theology, Law and Sufism. The first scholar is Shaykh Ali Gomaa, the previous Grand Mufti of Egypt. The second scholar is his student, Shaykh ʻAbd al-Qādir al-Ḥusayn. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses the history and teachings of the Shādhilī Ṣūfī Order in general. The second chapter describes and analyses the defining and understanding of the "Sunnī orthodoxy" of Shaykh Ali Gomaa. The third chapter describes and analyses the defining and understanding of "Sunnī orthodoxy" of Shaykh ʻAbd al-Qādir al-Ḥusayn. The thesis is methodologically based on analysis and interpretation of important mediaeval and contemporary Shādhilī works, including recorded lectures, sermons, interviews etc. Interaction with pertinent academic literature also forms a crucial component of the research. Tato práce se zabývá definováním "sunnitské ortodoxie" (arabsky Ahl al-Sunna wa al- Džamáʻa) u dvou současných autorit šádhilíjského súfíjského řádu, jednoho z nejvýznamnějších súfíjských řádů v muslimském světě. Důraz je kladen na analýzu jejich chápání islámské teologie, práva a súfismu. Prvním z těchto učenců je šejch ʻAlí Džumuʻa, bývalý velký muftí Egypta. Druhým učencem je jeho žák, šejch ʻAbd al-Qádir al-Ḥusajn. Práce sestává ze tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou historií a učením šádhilíjského súfíjského řádu. Druhá kapitola popisuje a analyzuje definování a chápání "sunnitské ortodoxie" šejcha ʻAlího Džumuʻy. Třetí kapitola popisuje a analyzuje definování a chápání "sunnitské ortodoxie" šejcha ʻAbd al-Qádira al-Ḥusajna. Metodologicky je práce postavena na analýze a interpretaci významných středověkých i současných šádhilíjských děl, včetně záznamů přednášek, kázání, rozhovorů apod. Interakce s relevantní odbornou literaturou je rovněž důležitou součástí této práce. 2024 - Czech The bachelor thesis deals with the operation and strategies of the United Nations in the field of implementation of women's rights in the Middle East. It covers the development from the approval of Security Council Resolution No. 1325 to the current implementation of the 2030 Agenda, in which, in point No. 5, the UN set out to "achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls". The main goal will be to focus on the question "to what extent the UN is able to influence the women's issue in the Middle East and implement the women's rights agenda according to the approved resolutions and strategies, and what methods and local organizations help with the implementation of these goals?" 2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with the use of N-hydroxysuccinimidyl formate as a source of CO in tandem reactions. The prepared starting materials were used in a tandem reaction involving cyclic carbopalladation, carbonylation and cross-coupling. The first part of the thesis describes the synthesis of starting material with a six-membered ring and of the selected CO surrogate. These compounds were subjected to a tandem reaction to form a product with a carbonyl group. Furthermore, the reaction conditions were studied and then the efficiency of using the selected formate compared to the gaseous carbon monoxide was compared. Připravené výchozí látky podléhaly tandemové reakci zahrnující cyklickou karbopalladaci, karbonylaci a coupling. První část práce popisuje syntézu výchozí látky s šestičlenným kruhem a zmíněného surogátu CO. Tyto sloučeniny byly následně použity v tandemové reakci za vzniku produktu s karbonylovou skupinou. Byly studovány reakční podmínky a byla porovnána efektivita využití vybraného formiátu oproti plynnému oxidu uhelnatému. 2024 - English This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of enantiopure Binol-derived phosphoric acids with different substituents at the 3,3'-position, which are typically used as Brønsted acids in enantioselective non-covalent organocatalysis. The prepared 3,3'-adamantane substituted Binol-derived phosphoric acids are planned to be used as organocatalysts. Bulky alkyl substituents at the 3,3' position have been introduced in order to compare their properties with those of phenyl substituents at the 3,3' position. The different dispersion forces between substrate and catalyst are expected when aryl and alkyl substituents are incorporated into the catalyst structure. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou enantiomerně čistých fosforečných kyselin odvozených od Binolu s různými substituenty v poloze 3,3'-, které se obvykle používají jako Brønstedovy kyseliny v enantioselektivní nekovalentní organokatalýze. Připravené 3,3'-adamantanem substituované fosforečné kyseliny odvozené od Binolu budou v budoucnu použity jako organokatalyzátory. Do polohy 3,3' byly zavedeny objemné alkylové substituenty, aby bylo možné porovnat jejich vlastnosti s vlastnostmi fenylových substituentů v těchto polohách.
